When Juliet finds out that Tybalt has been killed and Romeo is in exile, for killing Tybalt, Juliet feels both passionate about Romeo and disappointed in both Romeo and herself, which reveal her inner struggle. In Act 3, Juliet’s Nurse comes back with this news that Tybalt is dead and that Romeo is such an awful person for killing him. The case was brought to DCFS attention when a reporter stated on 7/11/17, OPWI attempted to obtain an emergency order of protection on behalf of Kiara (age 7). Reportedly Ashley (mother) is actively using METH and also methodone she gets from a clinic, and is also involved in prostitution. Ashley told OPWI that Ashley ''can't wait outside for the bus to go to drug court because she's done bad things to people (robbed people, committed home invasion, taken people's money and drugs) and these people are after her.'' Reporter states that one of these people came to OPWI's house looking for Ashley and scared Kiara. On May 23, 2016, I was assigned this case to follow up. This case involves Ms. Anjelica Cassidy Grim a 17 year old T.C. Williams High School student. I made multiple attempts to located Anjelica at School and at 27 South French Street (home). On May 27, 2016, I spoke to Sal Gnim (mother) who reported her daughter returned home the next day. She confirmed that her daughter had been out with her boyfriend. Sal told me that they had a conversation and cleared the conflict up. Sal reported that this was the first time her daughter had runaway. I received permission from Sal to speak to her daughter in School.

On 09/03/15 Mya had a court hearing for charges as a runaway. According to the child on 09/02/15 her mother and mother’s live in boyfriend argued and somehow the argument filtered to her. After the argument, Ms. Perkins and her boyfriend got into their car and moved out of the home. Ms. Perkins told Mya she could not go and the child was left at the home alone. After her mother left, Mya contacted law enforcement who came and took her in because of the previous runaway charge. Amanda drives with a suspended driver’s license. The child wets the bed and has a strong urine odor. Amanda makes the child wear a pull-up due to not wanting to clean up after her. The child is afraid to tell anything; Amanda has threatened to discipline child. Amanda has taught the child to lie. Last school year, the child missed 30 days of school. Whenever the child missed days from school, Amanda tells her to say that she was sick. Amanda would even take her to the doctor to pretends she’s sick to receive an excuse.
