There’s concern that Hermionne Romeo, is not properly caring for her daughter, Ashante Saint Val (17). The mother kicked the child out of the home, and will not allow the child to return. The child was having chest pain and is self-mutilating. The mother refuses to take the child to the doctor and to provide legal documentation to Ms. Aarons (caretaker). Reporter see the children everyday. Reporter cooks enough for the children to eat. They were eating bologna sandwiches and cold cuts. The children are being clothed. They have clothes at other people homesdown the street. A woman put them out because the mother and grandmother curse and beat on the children. The children curse back at the mother and grandmother. PER REPORTER: Marquise lives with the aunt and she possibly has other children in the home. Per reporter, Marquise has been at his home because his son is friends with Marquise. Marquise has been at the reporter's home for about 1 week. It seems that his family doesn't care about him nor are they concerned. They have not came to check on him. Reporter stated he has to feed Marquise and he can't continue to stay at his home. Reporter stated he knows the family gets assistance for him. Marquise said his father pays child support. PER REPORTER: Ariyanna is in DHS custody. Reporter was in a session with the child today. She said a neighbor (Ann Moore) is at the home often with her children. Ann has two children in her home. Ann choked Ariyanna on two different occasions, pushed her head into the washing machine, and screamed at her. This has happened twice. Reporter observed a scar on the child's neck today. EREPORT # 19130 stated the following: The child is at Diamond Grove Center. Mya reported that 7 years ago her cousin Charron raped her when she was 8 years old. They stayed overnight with their relatives and Charron took off her clothes while they all slept in the same bed. Onautyca, Deja, her, and Charron slept in the big bed together. Mya reports thst she told her mother, but her mother didnt do anything about it. On this date, APS supervisor talked with worker at Amedisys HH in Mobile Co. Amedisys called to report Mr. Parker was left alone in his caregivers apartment since Saturday and she does not plan to return for two weeks. According to Amedisys Mr. Parker is receiving speech therapy, physical therapy, and nursing services. The apartment is two levels and his bedroom is upstairs. Yesterday they believe he took the wrong medication and overmedicated himself and the home was smoky where he tried to cook food. He is also isolated in a dangerous area with no phone service. According to HH, they have called Ms. Nash, the caregiver, three times and she has not returned any calls. APS supervisor referred Amedisys to Mobile Co.

Investigator Stockwell stated in September, 2015 an allegation of sexual abuse was reported by the victim. Investigator Stockwell stated reports of sexual abuse were made against the child’s step father. PER REPORTER: Curlydria is learning grown folks stuff. She is popping, danching, and opening her legs. Her mother teachers her to dance inappropriately. There are concerns that the mother hits the children in the back with her fist and pops them onthe head. They have no marks or bruises. Per reporter, mom is addicted to marijuana and she constantly smokes around the children. Mom is currently pregnant. Mom purchases drugs on the street. Drugs are not accessible to the children and the children have not been harmed hurt. Reporter stated Glenntavious loves his games. The reporting party (RP) stated her nephew 42 year old Austin Bourland is being evicted from the facility without proper notification. The RP stated the eviction notice was not served to the resident but sent to the payee. Resident was not made aware of the eviction from the facility. The RP stated the facility is making false accusations against the resident in an effort to get rid of him. The resident is accused of using drugs which the RP stated is false.
