I personally think I took on the roles of co-ordinator, team leader, monitor-evaluator and completer (Hartly, 2010 p.6), for example, I was the first to comment on the wiki and continue with the groups week to week activities to keep the group moving forward. I feel very prosperous to be part of Panther Initiative for Environmental Equity and Resilience (PIEER) and Iowa Center on Health Disparities. Since A.T. is always looking to the future, I believe this to be evident from information provided, she has planned for what she would like her life to look life after she no longer has the capacity to make decision any longer. Research has discovered that religious activity and/or spiritual beliefs have a positive impact on the well-being of older adults (Hilton, J. M., & Child, S. L. (2014), which A.T.’s belief system has allowed her to examine her future with ease. She is very specific on what she expects from family and does not want to happen.
