My business is Sam’s Club and there's a lot that makes sam’s club special. Sam’s club is a wholesale,it is a retail warehouse club. It sells things that are cheaper then buying them somewhere else. Our Primary Assessment of Breach and Brew’s business plan is that it has a solid core business model with some unnecessary components that need to be phased out. The coffee delivery service and gym attachment to the business are aspects of the business plan we would recommend eliminating in favor of focusing on the core business of a coffee and brew house.
