After this semester I will be graduating with honors from La Crescent High School, and I am seeking to apply to the four-year school scholarship to help me continue my academic studies at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD. After reviewing the scholarship requirements, as well as getting to know your organization as a whole, I am pleased to present to you why I am the most qualified candidate for this gracious award. In conclusion, recieving a scholarship would impact my life significantly by minimizing the burden of paying for school, by helping me to begin to realize my dreams, and would be the catalyst to start me serving the public. Without these scholarships, I would be hard pressed to pay for school, due to me being so young and having not very much money or a means to generate it. Especially considering that even if I do graduate, it's not guaranteed that I could get a job to pay it back.
