Being an Ambassador for Bevill State Community College, to me, means opportunity. It means opportunity to share my positive experiences at Bevill with others. It means opportunity to be of service to the school in which I will proudly call my home for two years. Being awarded an Ambassador scholarship at BSCC will also mean a great financial opportunity for me. My career goals of becoming a Family Physician will be very financially straining, but this scholarship will give me the opportunity to begin my college career debt free. With my past experiences, such as work and school events, I can say that I am comfortable being around and meeting new people. I am very friendly, enthusiastic, supportive, and responsible. Being an ambassador, for
It is my pleasure to recommend Tiffany Luna to the Catching the Dream Scholarship program. Tiffany demonstrated tremendous effort and growth throughout high school and brought a great energy to class. She has that combination of a positive attitude and the belief that she can always improve as a high school student, but so essential to the learning process. I am confident that she will continue to display the same commitment and diligence in post-secondary education. I highly recommend Tiffany for Catching the Dream Scholarship program.
I would be an ambassador by making sure my character reflects the ten principles that are implemented into the program. I would also be mindful of my actions, knowing that everything will reflect back to the University and the program. One way that I would serve as an ambassador is by sharing with others the wonderful things that Hampton University has to offer, I would encourage others to seek interest into Hampton by sharing how coming to the University has changed my life and developed me as a
I am a fitting choice for LA Ambassador as I possess traits that would truly help our school become an even more welcoming and warm environment for parents, students and guests. This is because I am an academically driven student and therefore will be able to balance meetings with schoolwork and other extra-curricular activities while maintaining a good academic record. Next, I am very approachable and helpful therefore would love having the opportunity of helping Grade 8 students as well as parents new to the school. In fact, I demonstrate these traits in a classroom setting by helping out peers when they are facing difficulty understanding a concept that I have a solid understanding of. Moreover, I am very cooperative and enjoy working with
University but paying for it would be very difficult. I should receive the Legacy of Service Foundation Scholarship, because having a very hectic family, like mine, makes me see the necessity of financial support so I can proceed in my academic path.
For this reason, I want nothing more but to give back to this community and being a student ambassador would allow me to do so. I would be honored to represent my college and share my story with other students in hopes of influencing their journey at Wake Tech. From being extremely friendly and sociable to being trilingual, I have a unique way of reaching out to others. Furthermore, family members who previously attended this college once took me on a tour of the campus, now being a student here myself I would love to take other students on tours by fulfilling my ambassador duties. Also, I am a hard-working, full-time, bright student who cherishes teamwork, accomplishes tasks, and takes part in all events and meetings. Plus, having previously mentioned that I practically stay on campus, I will remain loyal and dedicate 5 office hours a week. Even outside of the office, I will continue to be a role model through my professional image and appropriate behavior. Overall, as a student ambassador I will be an active participant and help achieve the goals that the college
The first trait which would make me a considerable candidate for a 7th grade ambassador would be my love for our impressive school. I have been attending CCDS since Junior Kindergarten, and so far I have not encountered any reason in which would make me want to leave. Every nook and cranny I know and love, and I would be delighted to share my endearment with others.
My education is, and always has been, my first priority ever since a young child. While growing up, my love for getting top grades prevented me from seeking other opportunities that were not directly related to grades. However, now, I lean on a few other activities that impact me greatly. For example, being a Student Ambassador for Wake Technical Community College has allowed me to further understand my passion for helping others. This is because the appreciation and difference I see myself making for others, even by just helping out with an event that is taking place, is extremely rewarding. Also, as an ambassador campus tours are one of my many duties. The idea that I get the opportunity to walk through campus with students who haven’t’
I am interested in the Summer Scholars program for a few reasons. It would give me the chance to meet new people, be a proud Hurricane, and allow me to continue my pursuit of a career in medicine. These factors are important to me, and encourage the possibility of a worthwhile experience.
I have made a promise; not a shallow promise, but one that I tend to keep and fulfill. I made a promise to myself to use my skills, knowledge and abilities to be an impactful person in society. I made a promise to become an everlasting groundbreaking surgeon with the aim of working with highly remarkable non-profit organizations to help countries with less developed healthcare systems like my hometown, Gambia and many other countries with different arising issues and complaints. I have a vision; a vision of gaining higher level education and acquiring more sets of skills and knowledge in a diverse domain where I am critically and mentally challenged in and out of class. Columbia University has caught my continued interest ever since I learned about it and the different academic programs and outside of school opportunities which made me fall in love with the school and made it my first choice. My little sister who I have been working with and share most interest with, in the medical field, will be attending Columbia University this fall. We have worked together to accomplish a lot and provide our guidance where it is needed and it be blessing to continuously
In my esoteric journey to figure out who I am and what my purpose is, I have noticed that I am naturally inclined to trying new things. As a young boy, I enjoyed eating exotic foods such as escargot and sushi. Then as I grew older, I began to become interested in things such as foreign films and foreign shows. Though I was able to experience a taste of each culture, I always had a deep desire to undergo an exhaustive interaction with different cultures. These clues in my life have lead me to believe that my next step is to fully immerse myself in other cultures. Instead of looking within, I must observe the world around me in order to exhume the depths of my soul. In our current political climate, I believe that it is even more necessary to immerse myself in the beautiful, complex cultures of other countries so that I can become more informed about the world. The Student Diplomacy is a wonderful chance to travel to another country and experience the traditions of its inhabitants. It is a gateway to life-changing knowledge. I would like to be a part of this

Thank you so much, Athena, for sending me this Doctoral scholarship opportunity. Actually, I have not talked to a counselor yet. Frankly, I am trying to familiarize myself more with the Doctoral programmes in general at GCU before I establish my program, however, my plan is to start my Doctoral program in 2018.
A ROTC scholarship was the first scholarship I considered for my college future. The reasons why I would like to receive a ROTC scholarship is to serve my country as an infantry officer and for the financial help. Ever since I was younger and my dad left for his deployment I realized what some had to sacrifice to serve their country. He had to be away for a lot of important times that he wouldn’t be able to get back. I found that dedication to our country is something worthy of admiration. I too wanted to serve our country. I want to be able to sacrifice some of my time so that others who are not as needed can stay home with their families and make memories. The best way I feel I can serve my country is an officer. I Believe I have the skills
I believe an outstanding Mount Carmel ambassador should be outgoing, confident, open-minded, friendly, helpful, dependable, compassionate, approachable, rooted in faith and proud. I am involved in Book Club, Chess Club, Christian Life Community, MCCADD, and I was manager for the Junior Varsity Volleyball Team. I will tryout for the volleyball team for the upcoming school year. I know that I can offer my outgoing personality, and my confidence to talk to people that I have never met before. My pride for Mount Carmel, that I have found in my one year here, will help me to convey my love that I have for this school. I transferred in as a new sophomore, and I could not be happier with my decision. My only regret is that I will not have more time
I want to be a COE Student Ambassador in order to share my unique college experience with other COE students. My first three years within the COE were neither perfect nor smooth. From changing my major during the middle of my junior year to taking a year off from school to teach English in Spain, I have not had the traditional college experience. While I was experiencing my first college crisis when I had to change my major, my advisor did help me in choosing a new major, but what I lacked was talking to someone my own age – another student – that had already gone through something similar and that could tell me it would all be okay. If I had been more aware of the existence and the availability of student ambassadors, I most certainly would
