R/s last night, Liza and her friend Darlene Bentley were smoking marijuana and crack off of a can in a trailer park in Jefferson. R/s Liza’s daughter, Phaydra (7) was in car when Liza and Darlene were getting high. R/s Phaydra was jumping in and out of the car, running back and forth opening the doors, and calming out of the windows. R/s the trailer park is known as a drug area where drugs are being sold. R/s Liza and Darlene also pop pills. R/s Darlene’s kids are in DSS custody.

On 06/30/15 Mr. Moore and Eddie were pulled over by D’iblerville Police Department. The reporter stated spice was found in the glove compartment of the car; Eddie admitted the drugs belong to him. On 05/05/2018 at approximately 2121 hours the Merced City fire department responded to a residential structure fire at 456 Brimmer Road, Merced, CA 95341. Fire department personnel arrived on scene and discovered the rear side of the residence was engulfed flames. In the course of attempting to control the fire, firefighters were able to see grow lights and marijuana in the rooms of the residence. The fire department contacted the Merced Police Department to investigate. Merced Police Officers contacted the Merced Area Gang and Narcotic Enforcement Team (M.A.G.N.E.T.) Sergeant Rodney Court.

PER REPORTER: On 7/27/2015 Sammietria were involved in domestic violent in front of his home. The reporter said that she left Sammie locked in the car alone for about 5 minutes or longer. The reporter said the child was not harmed or in need of medical care. Sammietria were arrested and Sammie was with the reporter. Per reporter Sammietria went and got Sammie from daycare and he hasn’t seen him since. According to the reporter Sammietria is smoking weed in the home, but not around the child. However, the reported did say that Sammietria use to manufactured the weed but it’s unknown if she still does. It’s unknown if the child has access to the weed. On November 9, 2017, and on November 10, 2017, the investigator researched the routes for two locations that the claimant, Mr. Aaron Cano would travel to from his residence located from 661 Willow Ave., La Puente, CA., 91746 USA. The routes from the claimant’s home to the two locations were situated at 221510 Boulevard, Woodland Hills California and to 15110 East Nelson Ave., Suite D, City Of Industry, California 91744.
