Antwan's Argumentative Analysis

On February 8, 2017 at approximately 2023 hours, I responded to 9280 Atlas Drive in reference to report a missing juvenile. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Sara Crosby (complainant) who advised me of the following via verbal and a sworn written statement:

On December 30, 2016, C-1 reported to members of the Metropolitan Police Department that at the she became involved in an argument with her son Jamari Hawkins over his living arrangements hereinafter referred to as D-1. D-1 swept C-1’s property off her bedroom dresser and slapped C-1’s cell phone out of her hand when C-1 attempted to call 911. D-1 also threw a small glass in C-1's direction. D-1 then initiated a physical altercation with C-2 who is the boyfriend of C-1, which resulted in C-2 suffering from minor injuries. D-1 then left the location on foot, going eastbound in the 5500 Block of Call Place SE.

On 04-25-16 at about 1645 hours I responded to a juvenile problem call at the listed address. Mr. Jimmy Hamon stated that his son, Trevor Hamon, did not come home from school and he missed his seventh hour of school. Before I arrived at the scene Trevor arrived at his residence.

On September 30th, 2015 at approximately 10:00am I, Investigator James Poffel was assigned a case in reference a step-brother performing lewd acts to his step-sister approximately three years ago. The now, 15 year old victim, Ana Carderras, was originally 11 or 12 years old when this occurred. The incident is said to have occurred at a residence in Muskogee city limits, off of Kalamazoo St.

The reporting party (RP) stated on 4/22/19 at approximately 4:30PM 10 year old day care child Tobias (last name unknown) was observed sleeping on the corner of Oak Lane & Cypress Dr. in Huntington Beach. The RP stated Tobias was observed at the same corner all week. The RP came up to Tobias and asked him who was he waiting for and he responded that the bus drops him off there after school at 2:30PM. Tobias disclosed he was waiting for his day-care/babysitter. Tobias' mother Sylvia (last name unknown) was contacted regarding his safety in turn Sylvia contacted the licensee Blanca Galindo and asked that her son be retrieved. The person who arrived to retrieve Tobias was rude to the RP who then refused to release him. According to April Wright

On September 7th, 2015 at approximately 10:50 AM I, Investigator James Poffel was contacted by Officer Galin Shultz in reference to a lewd acts to a minor police report. Stacy Carpenter is the reporting party and her juvenile daughter, Arian McCulloch is the victim.

On 05/11/2016, at approximately 1011 hours, I responded to 401 W Seminole Blvd Apt 5, Sanford, in reference to a disturbance and a theft. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Winford Whited (arrestee) and Mark Whited (victim).

Upon my arrival, I was met by a black female adult identified as Tracey Whitfield. Tracey stated that her fourteen-year-old son Joshua Whitfield was missing. Tracey stated that she last saw Joshua on 10/31/2017 at about 2100 hours. Tracey stated that this is not the first time Joshua has runaway and this is an on going issue with him. Tracey stated Joshua was going to go out for Halloween with some “friends,” but has not returned. Tracey did not have the friends address nor knew any of Joshua’s friends, and stated that he did not have a cell phone. Tracey completed a voluntary statement and a dental history release form.

On May 23rd, 2016 at approximately 10:00 AM, I, Investigator James Poffel was assigned a case in reference to an adult suspect, Geoffrey Terrile, soliciting sexual communication from a minor child, Nicholas Richison, using telecommunication device or devices.

Monica Guzman (Hunterdon Group Home- Assistant Executive Director) left CM a voice message on Friday, 3/3/17 at 4:51pm to inform CM that Jason (youth) is missing from Hunterdon Youth Services Group Home. Ms. Guzman included that youth jumped out the window with his belongings and went into a car with an unidentified youth. Caregiver and the police were notified. CM contacted Hunterdon Group Home on Monday, 3/6/17 and spoke to Jody (Office Manager at Group Home) regarding a follow-up on youth; CM was informed that youth is still missing and the group home suspect that youth’s brother picked him up on Friday, 3/3/17.

On March 28, 2016, a domestic incident occurred on Pocotaligo Road in the Yemassee area of Hampton County. Randall Kitts called 911 and stated his girlfriend came to his residence and took his keys to his vehicle without his permission or consent. Mr. Kitts advised 911 that he was chasing her down the woods on Pocotaligo and she ran in the woods.
