Alejandro C. is a 36-month-old Hispanic male who was placed in foster care after being taken from his mother, Ms. C. Ms. C’s family had anonymously called the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) reporting allegations of severe neglect. The family stated that Ms. C., a methamphetamine addict, would leave Alejandro alone for long periods of time without any supervision.

Lucius Isaiah Gibson IV, age 16, was arrested Tuesday, July 12, 2016, on the allegation that he committed sexual assault on a 3 year old girl at the home day care center known as “Jacque's Teddy Bear Child Care,” ran by his mother (Alani, 2016). The home day care facility is located at 1538 Amaryllis Court in the Thousand Oaks East Subdivision (Alani, 2016). On June 9th detectives first interviewed the 3-year-old victim, who name is not mentioned (Alani, 2016). According to the police report, the girl stated to the officers that, Gibson went into the “nap room” and assaulted her several times (Alani, 2016). On December 16th, 2016 I, Investigator James Poffel was assigned a case in reference to a sexual assault of a 9 year old juvenile female report. It was reported that the incidents took place several times, first occurring sometime in June of 2016 and the most recent encounter we are unsure at this point of when it occurred.

A young female at the age of 14, was kidnapped by David Maracle on May 26, 1997, Maracle pulled the female from the behind as she through a wooded. At that moment of time the female didn’t have any visuals, this was because a cloth was place over her eye and then was later replaced for duct tape. She was then directed to the assailant’s car where the first sexual attack accrued. A little while after the female was driven to an unidentified location where another sexual attack occurred.

In 2000, the Arlington Police Department received information stating that Earnest Leon Voyles had exchanged emails that contained sexual content with a fifteen year old girl from London, England. According to this informant the fifteen year old girl, “Amy Chang”, had been solicited for sex by Voyles and had arranged to meet with her in London to engage in a sexual relationship. Sergeant James Crouch of the Arlington Police Department was unsuccessful in contacting “Amy Chang” to verify the arrangement but was not successful, however, he was successful in verifying that Voyles was working as a teacher at a junior high located in Arlington, Texas.

According to the National Children’s Alliance, one in four girls and one in six boys under the age of eighteen are at risk of being sexually abused but only according to what is reported. In the State of Texas, a professional has forty-eight hours to report any cause to believe a child been abused as stated in Sec. 261.101. As a foster parent and principal, Angela Sugarek and Carol Jeffery had a major moral responsibility and legal duty to report what her three year old foster son was displaying: behaving strangely and an anal injury.

On October 18th, 2016 at approximately 7:43 PM, I, Investigator James Poffel was that a shooting just occurred and that a young, white male had been shot in the head and was being transported by Muskogee County EMS workers to Eastar Medical Center Emergency Room for treatment. There were two different locations that patrol officers responded to, Ace’s Convenience Store at 550 N. Main St., where the victim was located, and 2500 N. Main St. where the shooting occurred.

On March 14th, 2016 at approximately 3:40PM, it was reported to the Department of Human Services and the Muskogee Police Department that the above listed defendant, Jacob Deckard, from January 2015 through March 2016, had performed sexual intercourse on a 7 year old family member on at least two separate occasions and exposed himself to her on another occasion. The juvenile victim, K.S. was forensically interviewed and a well-child examination was performed.

Reporting Party Ja'Tiara Fuller (CSW) contacted CPHL to report that on 10/27/16, Foster mother (FM) Shania disclosed to her that on10/26/16, while Shania was on a day pass, she came to Los Angeles and was texting William Moore-Williams and that he wanted her to come where he was. Reporting Party expressed that Shania went to where William was and that he raped Shania on 10/26/16. Details regarding what happened and where the incident occurred is unknown by Reporting Party. Reporting Party expressed that FM was taking Shania to the hospital on 10/27/16 and FM contacted Reporting Party today regarding the incident. Reporting Party expressed that per foster mother, Shania was supposed to be home from her pass at 2 PM but was late and did not

This bizarre case began on Saturday morning, August 12, 1989, when Mary Lou Taylor of Coppel, Texas, reported to the Plano (suburb of Dallas), Texas, police seeing Sam Krasniqi fondle his 4.5 years daughter in front of hundreds of spectators during a karate tournament in a Plano high school gymnasium in which his 9 years son was competing. Sam Krasniqi was arrested and a bond was set at $25000. The State proceeded with the prosecution on a two track basis, namely through the civil (family) court and the criminal court.

PER REPORTER: Norma reported that she was sexually abused by her step-father. The first time was when she was 5 years old and it was in Bolivia. The family moved to the States and the abuse continued up until 2 years ago. Norma moved in with her aunt and it stopped. She stated the step-father would make her touch him and he would touch her. He would have sex with her and make her use her mouth on him. Per reporter, yesterday it was said that it was the step-father for the first time. Norma reported that mom was a prostitute in Bolivia. In America, all states have passed a law outlawing incest to be committed. In the news today we frequently hear about pedophiles and child molesters. We have heard the horror stories of priest and bishops molesting boys, public school teachers having sex with students, and family members molesting children. While it is still taboo, the public view of a child molester has changed in the past years. It used to be that when we thought of a pedophile, we thought of a scary man lurking behind the bushes. This is not the case today, most of the cases of child molestation are by a person known to the child, whether it be a family member or a family friend.(Herkov, 2012)
