Everyone has daily worries, such as money, friendships, or family problems. Do you, or does someone you love, experience extreme worry about these things and more, even when there’s no reason to be so worried? People with Anxiety are very anxious about just getting through each day, and generally think things will always go badly. This excess worrying prevents these people from doing everyday tasks. These are common signs and symptoms of people suffering from anxiety. Does it seem as though nothing allows you, or a loved one, to ever get rid of these concerns, despite realizing that their anxiety is more intense than the situation may warrant?
Demonstrating an inability to relax, people with anxiety are known to startle easy and have trouble concentrating, or maybe even difficulty falling and staying asleep. Do you or a loved one experience fatigue, headaches, muscle aches and tension, difficulty swallowing, twitching, irritability, nausea, dizziness, or needing to go to the bathroom frequently?
Anxiety develops slowly, starting during the teen or young adulthood years. When the anxiety levels are mild, it’s simple enough to function socially and hold down a job. Although people with anxiety don’t avoid certain situations due to their disorder, people with Anxiety have difficulty carrying out even the simplest daily activities when their anxiety becomes more severe or worsens.
