Abstract
This case states the various strategies at PepsiCo, it is second largest food and Beverage Company in the whole world. It focus on the global nutrition group, whose purpose was to make the company’s efforts to raise its nutritious food and beverages. The case explains the background and decisions taken by the company in its long run. The company’s portfolio was part of making the effort to impose the new strategies and give the better vision for great performance. It expresses to commit to deliver the world better as well as the company.

PepsiCo Inc. is an American food, snack and beverage company headquarters are in Purchase, New York, USA. It has great interest in manufacturing, marketing and distribution of snacks, beverages and other food products. PepsiCo was formed in 1965 with the combination of the Pepsi-Cola Company and Frito-Lay Inc. PepsiCo purchase the Tropicana in 1998 and Quaket Oats in 2001. On January 26, 2012 the 22 brands of PepsiCo make sales of more than billion dollar [1]. The products of company are distribute in more then 200 countries and net revenue is 43.3 billion dollars. In USA PepsiCo is the largest food and beverage business by net revenue.
