In your grievance filed at Barchey, you claim you nine magazines were confiscated during quarterly searches. You are requesting reimbursement for the magazines.

11-13 October was no student days. You were scheduled to work at Lucas Elementary those 3 days. I directed you to get in the classrooms and dust out the assigned area. On 19 October I did a morning inspection of the school. In your assigned area there was excessive dust on furniture, urine on one restroom floor, one classroom bathroom toilet not cleaned, trash cans left on 2 teachers desk and tables with debri and not wiped down. I cleaned critical deficiencies found in your area to avoid adverse reactions from the customer. With the excessive dust in the room I knew you failed to follow my directive to get the rooms dusted out during the 3 days no students were there.
