We made sure to stay onto of our work and were able to go back and help other group member who worked after us with their parts as well. Being as this group is not in the average group setting, communication is key for greater results. Members should make good use of use group email, group discussion board forum, or text for updates and for clarifying any questions. The three mediated forms of technology our group used for this project were the google doc, a group chat, and the House Party app. The google doc was provided with the assignment. The group chat happened after we all exchanged numbers to help coordinate everything. The app was chosen in class, as we weren’t prepared to use zoom. The google doc and the group chat were effective. The google doc allowed the group to get all of our information together and organized. The group chat was used for more informal questions and communication. The app wasn’t effective. There were a few issues with connecting to everyone. But we were all able to contribute to the meetings.

Sometimes it is hard to lead by example. Making good decisions require taking a challenging path. There is peer pressure, sacrifices, and many other components that make leading by example hard to follow through.
