Why will I be successful in working with others? That is how this question should be phrased. I do not look at race, gender, color, or religion as judging characteristics of people. You cannot judge a book by its cover we have been teaching that lesson for years. People are people it is that easy I will be successful in dealing with others because that is how I view them. When it comes to being successful in the workforce there are many different skills a person needs. I believe there are three extremely important skills every employee should have. These skills are, time management, being respectful, and being responsible. These three skills will give you the best ability to succeed in the workplace, and open up more opportunities for your career.

Fitting in a group is a reason for a successful group. The meaning of a person fits in a group is to tell the group everything you know, you need and be serious. In a group it is important to have a person that is being who he is and say what he feels. No matter any group you are in a group in school, in work, or in some research's there should be a person that might take and do all the work for the group because he needs a degree or the thing that group will lead to. However it is argued that it is important for a person to be serious and say all what he want to say.
As I reflect back on this week reading lecture, PowerPoint, discussion, mycounselinglab and webinar, I learned that group leaders have to take a lot of things into consideration before starting a group. The video presented for this assignment showed us a group with definite issues. The group is attempting to work on an analysis project to implement something new. We witness the initial meeting and the “group leaders” reaction afterwards. There is not much to go on beyond this information. It is clear though, that the group will fail unless actions are taken to create more effective communication, proper motivation, and constructive conflict management.

Weather it 's personal integrity or the core principles of a corporation, my intention is to help protect entities and surpass information technology limits by rising through the ranks to one day lead a corporation as a CIO. If there was one thing I 'd tell my younger self it would be to 'never give up ' and in IT that makes all the difference. Working in IT for the last few years and learning different aspects of professional life from my peers and co-workers has shown me a lot about the capabilities one can reach.
