Thank you for providing me with a very interesting and amusing experience over the last few days. I have really enjoyed our time together, particularly the end of the night. I loved the observing your reactions and studying your behavioural patterns as you struggled and fought. I once caught you attempting to flee through the vents. Perhaps, given that you tried so relentlessly to escape and became an unacceptable subject, I left you here to inhabit it for a while, even after your beautiful death. It is a bit funny, isn’t it? When you are found in a few days’ time, you will be absolutely perfect. By then, the enzymes that once digested your food will have begun to eat your flesh. But I'm sure you won't mind that. The area is relatively quiet, …show more content…
Yours sincerely, Q Commissioner George Platt grumbled wishing he could crumple up the disgusting letter in his hands. This was the tenth corpse they had found in a single week. He had come to know each of the victims’ families personally during the searches, so it almost ripped his heart straight out of his chest every time he informed them that their son or daughter had been murdered. It was dreadful, and he would be damned if let this murder continue his spree. He was going to catch this bastard. Except there was one problem: there was absolutely no evidence left at any of the crime scenes excluding the repulsive letters. ~~~ Reno Reynolds was ecstatic as he watched the clock near closer to 5 o’ clock, the end of his shift. He didn’t hate his job. In fact, he loved it. The other workers were friendly, his pay was decent enough for he and his sister, Kaylin, to live on, and the work was simplistic and laid back; however, he was ready to finally get a chance to spend time with Kaylin. Between his work schedule and her school schedule, they hardly ever set eyes on each other anymore despite living together. Today, it would be different. They were supposed to finish up around the same time and finally get to spend an evening together at
The teens who occupy Charles Burns's graphic novel Black Hole are ill with what seem to be a sexually-transmitted disease that the teens identify as "the bug," an increasing number of teens become infected and reside with a group of teenagers that live in separate from their families and individuals uninfected remain students at their high school in uptown Seattle. The ill teens dwell in a tent village concealed in the outskirts of their community, in the forest and they manage to survive largely on the trash and infrequent aid of the well teens. The sickness marks each teen in varying degrees; many seem grotesque while others physical manifestations are subtle, as a result the ill are alienated and rejected by the community because of
There were no eyewitnesses to the murder and no weapon was ever found. The defense was somehow able to discredit all of the evidence
To say that it was a pleasure talking with you this morning would be an understatement. It was an absolute delight! Thank you for the gift of your time.
Early the next morning of December 8th, the lifeless body of Debbie Carter was found strangled in her small apartment. The murder of Debbie Carter flipped this small, rural, bible-belt, town on its head. People were outraged, overwhelmed, and stunned that such a thing could happen in this town to a young, beautiful girl whom everyone had known. This gruesome act put enormous pressure on local law enforcement to find the atrocious criminal. Finger prints, hair, and blood spatter was carefully collected from the scene.

Logan has been fairly distant since the incident with Spencer. He kept saying that they should give up -- that there’s no use in finding the last one if Spencer has decided against joining them.
The fall breeze brisked the victim's decaying shoulder as leaves fell with the wind. They had surrounded his body, for they too had found their end. Within a couple hours of his death, sirens disturbed the eerie whispers of the trees. Men and women had flocked to the area, not hastily but, calmly in an ordered fashion. They were numb to tragedy. After the crime scene had been addressed to the police officers' abilities, the medical examiner stepped in. His facial expression was emotionless, for he knew how to detach himself from the corpse. He pulled a pen from his pocket and commenced his initial observations.
Black holes should probably not be called black holes. In fact, black holes are anything but empty space. Black holes are a great amount of matter packed and squeezed into a very small area. The result of this amount of matter squeezed into a small area results in a gravitational field so strong that nothing, not even light, can escape.
In actual reality, maybe I did shoot for the moon and fall into a black hole, which happened to be my eighth grade teacher. However, that black hole didn’t trap me, it shot me right back out, not only among the stars, but my own constellation. Without the torture from my demon teacher I wouldn’t be where I am today. I have learned, if you let people win, you lose not only your work but also yourself as a person. Therefore, I persevered, made mistakes, learned my own habits, and continued to be myself, because light always finds a way out of the darkest places.
Streams of luminescent light passed by as Kirro stared vacantly out of a window and into the approaching glow of civilization. For the last half hour his thoughts became mesmerized with utter beauty amidst the pearlescent evening.
When it was time for dinner I began to yell for Walter he did not come the first time, so I yelled once again and slowly he came limping into the kitchen. I didn’t know what to say or do. HIs father asked him what is wrong, he said ‘’nothing’’ so he asked again while curiously waiting for a response all we got was is legs hurt but of course we knew that wasn’t the complete truth. He wasn’t telling us something. His father was getting angry and told Walter to take his pants down. Walter had bruises, blood and bad swelling up both of his legs then he had to tell us after waiting in silence he spoke. I couldn’t believe what words I heard come out of his mouth. “ Mama beat me with a stick’’. I couldn’t believe his legs looked that way, he blamed
"Well, these pies aren't going to bring in business any time soon," said Nellie, followed by a wistful sigh.
When Danny made the decision to tell their parents, Jazz supported him every step of the way. The two siblings had planned it out, and even memorized back up plans if the conversation didn't seem like it was going their way. She did everything in her power to guarantee that Danny was mentally prepared for his secret to finally be out in the open, however, it wasn't him that she should've made sure was ready.
Jessime’s proud smirk quickly diminished into a frown as his master lectured him on the significance of time and their current situation. The elf boy signed disappointed that Bráshk didn’t respond the way he thought he would. The young elf was famished, and with the advantage of his master possibly being pleased with him, it was an added bonus for him when he sought after the boar.
Amber blades of grass crunched beneath their feet as the men marched through the seemingly endless valleys. Ace and Stanley had been walking for hours now and so far the only sign of life the two had seen was a small flock of birds that were desperately trying to fight their way through the thick, murky layers of fog that covered the now pink and orange swirled skies. Ace brushed his shaggy black hair out of his face, "We need to find somewhere to bed down." He said, shielding his eyes. "It's going to be dark soon."
