As you could guess Blue Chip Cookies is primarily focused on selling cookies, I had never been to Blue Chip Cookies before but I wanted to see what it had to offer. Sometimes smaller business put more effort into pleasing their customers and the quality of their product rather than just focusing on how much money they could earn. In this report you’ll read about my “Mystery Shop”, a project where you evaluate the customer service of a particular business. The company “Blue Chip Cookies” isn’t particularly big with 4 stores in the USA. (Cookie Locations, 2016). One of them being the store I went to (in the food court) …show more content…
It was about 10:20am and as expected, there wasn’t a line though I did see one person get something but that was it. From the outside the store looked clean and well maintained. I couldn’t go inside the store as it was a part of the food court. When I came up closer I had to wait a few minutes while Sheryl the CSR was in the back probably preparing for the day but once she was done she greeted me and asked what I wanted. I replied with: “Can I have a chocolate chip cookie” Sheryl said sure and began to reach for my requested cookie but before she could I interrupted her asking if I could get my initials in icing on my cookie. I explained that it was by birthday (which is partially true because my birthday falls on Nov 24 Sheryl paused for a moment but then without hesitation replied with “Alright” and went into the back to get some icing. It wasn’t very long before Sheryl was back and you could tell that Sheryl was good at her job though it may not seem like much ,she really took the time to make my initials big and without any mistakes. Sheryl tried to put the cookie into a bag without getting the icing messed-up but I told her that it was fine without one. I paid for my cookie and before I left I asked her for her name and she gave it to me with a smile and thanked me for my purchase. After this I went to enjoy my large cookie and evaluated my
MMMMMMMM, Chocolate chip cookies. You know, the gooey chocolate chips in the sugary dough, yeah, those. You have come to know them well, or so you think. What’s the story behind the chocolate chip cookies that first appeared in 1930? Who made this delicious recipe that we all know and love? The answer behind it is a young woman who went by the name of Ruth Wakefield. How did Mrs. Wakefield make this recipe? Let’s start from the beginning.
I entered your store this evening to rent a Redbox movie at around 7:30pm. When I walked into the store, I saw a young female slouched over on the customer's side of the counter eating what appeared to be her dinner. I found this to be somewhat unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I continued to mind my own business and looked for a movie at the Redbox kiosk. I then heard a female talking amongst her other coworkers and very loudly say "suck my dick" and make other comments that were very inappropriate to her coworkers. I turned around to look at the workers to make sure I was hearing this correctly. I was in disbelief that this behavior would occur in a restaurant full of customers. Upon exit of the restaurant the young female and

On Wednesday September 14, 2016 I went to your store to order a Hero sandwich; turkey with Muenster cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise, and tomato. It is a night special so the order is $2 off the regular price after 9 pm. I was in line and the man who was taking orders didn’t really seem up to his job sarcastically asking me “what do I want?” I placed my order. When my order came I saw the turkey still had some blood on it, and the cheese had hair on it. This was not alright with me. He observed me watching him and added sauce to the sandwich to cover up the blood and hair. I did not order or want the sauce. When he handed the bag to me he was very rude. I did not take the order or ask for my money back. I was very upset because I felt like he didn’t

"I tend to begin with what you might call the very small world of personal life. But I am certainly interested in how that small, intimate world connects or doesn't connect with a larger world" (Swift, Graham). There are some people and things in the world that just do not seem to fit together. Then there are some that do. Not everything in the world goes together, but you can make it. Nothing will be the same. You cannot change anything and expect it not to change too. The world is a place where we are can be us, where we can live with hope and sometimes peace, this is a home for everyone not just the rich nor famous but for all. To be one, putting things together like Hitler and designs can be hard. Preparing things that do not necessarily

The first place Kendall and I went to was the cafeteria. Most of the food was plain and had absolutely no taste. But after sneaking our way into the kitchen, we found a plate full of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.
I once again picked up one item and walked to the line, hoping that I did not run into anyone from the prior store. I once again stood in line for a few minutes, looking at my watch and mumbling to myself, gosh, I am not going to make this appointment. The person in front of me, looked at me, turned back around not saying anything, so I went around her and tap the customer shoulder of the person ahead of her, and in my sweetest voice asked if I can jump ahead of her to check out, due to me having an appointment that I really needed to make. Once again, the customer said sure, and the customer behind her gave me a look that was of complete annoyance. If looks could kill, I would have been laying on the floor. The reaction to my violation of cutting lines in these stores and not sticking to society’s norm of waiting patiently for my turn was really uncomfortable, embarrassing, and mortifying. The fear that someone would chastise and make a scene, to draw attention to what I was doing was nerve wrecking.
I was in the store, in the boys department some time between 7:15 PM and 7:45 PM , Thursday July 23rd. As I searched for uniforms for a little boy, I am clueless, I am a mother of adult daughters, ages 27 and 32, the clerk never acknowledged my presence. I eventually found the uniforms section, while she remained behind the counter and continued to, what appeared to be, unpacking a box. Another clerk came from the direction of the jewelry department carryng a box. I greeted her with a smile, as I do everyone, her demeanor immediately changed as she looked at the clerk behind the counter and they began to converse. I did not ask for a manager and I did not take this to social media because, I do not want this to be just another race issue.
