What are the implications of business ethics for human resource management? Explain the potential roles of human resource managers in the ethical conduct of business.

Ethics in HRM suggests the treatment of employees with common decency and justice. Ethical business practices contributes to the long and short term business objectives as the employees will feel motivated thus they will work efficiently and effectively . The conduct of ethics in HRM fundamentally deals with the affirmative moral obligations of the employer directed towards employees to maintain equality and equity justice. Common areas of HRM in the ethical demeanour of business includes; civil employment fight (e.g. Job Interviews, selection), safety in the work place, and acceptable treatment to employees (E.g. Equity and equal opportunities).
