How long have you lived in West Hove?
I’ve lived for many years in West Hove (more than I care to admit); I was born in Brighton and brought up in South Portslade.
What do you most like about the area?
I like the fact that Hove nestles close to Brighton and remains the ‘quiet’ neighbour; when I was younger, we used to go clubbing in both Brighton and Worthing as we were right between the two, though getting home before night buses existed was always an adventure.
I feel lucky to live between the sea and the South Downs with some fascinating shops in between. My own neighbourhood in St Leonards Road is vibrant, alive and friendly, and was once described as being like “Downton Abbey meets the Mitchell bros 'off of' Eastenders”. …show more content…

I reduced my own weight on the Cambridge Weight Plan and managed to reduce my waist size down so much that I could wear trousers I wore in my early 20's
I’m positive in nature and love to mentor people and I saw an opportunity to advise people based on my own rewarding experience, and being an Independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant gave me the chance to prove it.
Tell us more about Cambridge Weight Plan...
The Plan itself is based on six Steps which use nutritionally balanced products and allowable every day food; as a Consultant I would see the client at regular intervals and help to guide and encourage them through each Step of the Plan.
What is your top weight loss tip?
If a decision has been made to exercise, then combine it with a targeted eating plan that has a sound balance of nutrients, and creates diversity, using the senses of taste, touch and smell together with interesting colour combinations and endeavour to pair up with another person who can be supportive along the way and can present feedback, tips and suggestions. It can genuinely open the gates to success in losing
