In 1997, as Francovich was going through U.S. Customs and allegedly suffered a heart attack while being questioned. A private autopsy reports that three small pin marks were found on the back of his neck. Mossad agents have used a similar method in attempt to assassinate a Palestinian, as reported on Frontline. A U.S. Senate testimony on rogue CIA activities from 1975 references heart attack gun used by the CIA to cause a heart attack. The shoots a small poison dart which fully disintegrates and induces a heart attack. The poison denatures fast, so an autopsy would likely detect that the heart attack resulted from natural causes. Documents Francovich was carrying for Coleman’s defense and Aviv’s civil damage trial against the government

The three doctors that performed the autopsy were Dr. James J. Humes, Dr. J. Thornton Boswell, and Dr. Pierre Finck. All three of these doctors were clinical pathologist meaning that they had little background or experience in a forensic autopsy that involved a gun wound. In fact Dr. Humes had never performed an autopsy involving a gunshot wound before the autopsy of Kennedy (Maars 359). The lack of experience is obvious with how many controversies surround the autopsy. For example, after revising his autopsy report, Humes burned his first notes/draft of the autopsy. These were medical files that did not belong to him, and in a civilian hospital extensive punishments would have been given with the destruction of medical property, yet nothing was done about it. (Maars 366) The carelessness and incompetency of the Bethesda Doctors is also apparent in the fact that the path of the neck/upper back wound wasn’t traced. All three of the doctors put their fingers in the neck wound, and didn’t feel a bullet. The entire wound wasn’t traced, yet the doctors said that the bullet fell out during chest compressions. This assumption is completely wrong because when a bullet does not exit the body, tissue closes the path up behind the bullet. It is not likely that the bullet fell out. (Mcknight 155) It wasn’t until the next morning that the autopsy team realized that they missed
Thank you for bringing awareness to the value of resourcefulness librarian’s and experts provided. Technology is complex. Thankfully, Marian’s librarians are not only present in Fond Du Lac, but extend support services through the phone as well as email. I have formally, taken advantage in prior research guidance with high quality research journals from external databases that I had never known prior. The librarian provided a wide range of extended resources, personal knowledge with database searches, and printed journal sources (not available online), but mailed to me personally within 2 days was unbelievable. I completely agree with, Liberians are able to save time that is extremely valuable to all of us, nor should a librarian
The case started when, on November 15, 1982, in Anchorage, Alaska. On that day, Kusmider’s girlfriend told him that she had been sexually assaulted by Arthur Villella, a subject who was known to both of them (Justia, n.d.). After being told this, Kusmider went to Villella’s house and confronted him about the allegations, which had been made by his girlfriend. During the confrontation, Kusmider shot Villella in the throat, causing damage to His throat, above his Adam’s apple, and several smaller blood vessels in that region of the body. This injury caused Villella’s trachea to fill with blood, and for the blood to flow down into his lungs (Justia, n.d.). After the shooting, emergency medical assistance was summoned to the scene.
This happened on September 10, 1951, in the execution of Elisio Mares. During his execution, all five of the marksmen aimed away from the target over Mares heart and shot him on the right side of his chest. The firing squad and witnesses watched in horror as Mares slowly bled to death. When Gary Gilmore was shot to death in Utah in 1973, all four bullets pierced his heart. However, heart death was not immediate, and the doctor had to check twice before pronouncing him dead. (86)
However, according to a documented FBI ballistics test carried out on October 12, 1975, the AR-15 rifle found in Robideau's car didn't match bullet found on the scene; even if it is assumed to be Peltier's gun, the gun cannot be linked to any bullets found in the crime scene (Incident). The FBI also did another, less effective form of test on the bullet that showed that the bullet might have come from the damaged gun. (Incident) However, since the second method of testing was more prone to fault, error, and interpretation of the agents, it should not be used in light of the first. The best the FBI could prove from the test was that the bullet came from
Looking back at the physical evidence there were two gunshot wounds. If you go back to the ballistic test, the gun that was used took some parts of the structure’s head. If he shot himself with the gun that was similar to the horse pistol, that would’ve been enough for him to die. It seems unlikely for him to be able to shoot himself once with that gun, proceed to reload the gun and shoot himself once more. He would’ve been dead after one shot and would not be able to shoot himself again with that kind of gun.
Not only was evidence from the crime scene at Dealey Plaza a major controversial topic, the medical evidence provided was even more controversial. The main controversy in the medical evidence is the reports and interviews of the Parkland Hospital doctors and the Bethesda autopsy doctors. Immediately after JFK and the Governor were shot, they were both rushed to Parkland Hospital in attempt to save their lives. Upon first examination of JFK’s wounds, many doctors noted a small entry wound in the throat. Unfortunately, in attempt to save his life, the head doctor, Dr. Malcolm Perry, had to perform a tracheotomy. According to an interview of Dr. Perry done by the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA), Dr. Perry first explains what he had noticed about the wound in the throat before performing the tracheotomy and his examinations during the tracheotomy.
During the initial assessment, Mr. Jose Rodriguez, a 36 year old Hispanic male, asked to be evaluated for stress and anxiety. He was accompanied by his sister, Adriana Barrera, and his wife Rosy Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez has a prior military history with little or no combat engagements. The initial assessment revealed that Mr. Rodriguez father whom he had a close relationship had passed away about a year ago. Mr. Rodriguez has been married for 16 years and has three children. On February 20, 2017 an initial assessment was conducted from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Instruments used were the Juhnke-Balkin Life Balance Inventory, and the Beck Anxiety Inventory.
On February 2, 2017 PO Marfoglio performed a 0530X1405 tour of duty. PO Marfoglio stated that he was assigned to rear security along with PO Luciana making sure that no one entered or leave the target location. PO Marfoglio stated that towards the end of the search warrant he entered the apartment and he remained in the living room. PO Marfoglio stated that he remembered, Sgt. Scocca, PO Miller and PO Christensen being present inside of the apartment. He doesn't recalled helping in the search of the apartment. He remained inside the apartment for about 5 minutes and he left. PO Marfoglio became

Her eagerness to become a Family Physician has kept her motivated and inquisitive because it is her goal in life to help others in any way possible. Accordingly, her curiosity has kept her engaged in organizations such as STEM Ambassadors and Minority Association of Pre-health Students ( MAPS). She is also the coordinator for NAMI ( National Alliance Mental Illnesses). During the summer she devotes her time to research; in the summer of 2015, her team conducted research to measure the kinetics of dissolution of a particular toxicant-pyrene- from the SPIDER’s also known as Silicon Passive Diffusion Releasers (SPDR’s) as a function of time.

It does seem that there might be some subtext to the politics involved in this situation. From our readings alone on this case, we can see how there is a variance of what is right and wrong, or the degree of protection a physician is obligated to have. Central to this case was that the therapists did recognize a plausible harm, notified the appropriate channels, and provided no further extension of effort (Menikoff, 2001). Perhaps it is the worry of the department chief to influence the police to not detain Poddar. As you stated, this would not be alarming as this is a very tricky situation subject to various opinions. Just as we are judging the decision of the therapists to not continue efforts to protect, the department chief might
