On April 8, 2016 at approximately 1500 hours, I made contact with Heather Curtis at 8307 Centennial Road in reference to a domestic dispute. Mrs. Curtis stated that her husband Marc Curtis sent her multiple text messages to her phone stating that she couldn’t have the kids and that the police would have to kill him before he goes to jail or give her the kids back. This was the result of an argument after Mrs. Curtis refused to pick him up from work because he had taken her EBT card. Mrs. Curtis stated that he hasn’t been acting normal and may possibly be going through a psychotic break. The audit failure in the situation of Rita Crundwell the failure was exacerbated by the fact that the auditors continually signed off on the misstated statements for years. On August 26, 2015, you responded to 41 Olsen Rd. Cocoa in reference to a violation of a "no contact" order. During your investigation you developed probable cause to arrest Alicia Balderston for violating a "no contact" order that was issued on August 20, 2015 due to a domestic violence arrest. During this call you took written statements from the victim and two witnesses.
Irina Lakotiy reported her son, Oleg Lakotiy, was violating a protection order by being at her residence. Irina stated she picked up Oleg at Valley Medical Center in Renton, gave him a ride to her residence, and was concerned Oleg was possibly high on drugs. Oleg was listed as the respondent and Irina was listed as the petitioner of a DV Protection Order out of King Co Superior Court # 16-2-05363. The order stated Oleg was restrained from coming near and having any contact whatsoever in person, or through others, except by phone, and was prohibited from knowingly coming within, or knowingly remaining with 500 feet of Irina's residence. On 1-30-17 I received a copy of police report number, SR17-01792, from the KCSD Agency. The police report was from Officer Gabriel Gonzalez. Officer Gonzales stated on 1-20-17 he was in contact with Catrina Prairie. Officer Gabriel said Catrina was trying to report of restraining order violation. After speaking with Catrina, Officer Gonzales requested she contact her local agency.
Victim’s Summary: Sarah filed for a protective order PO-17-420 on Wenesday, November 29th, 2017. Sarah recieved a notification on her Facebook account. Sarah checked her Facebook and noticed Christopher had posted pictures of her and their family and tagged her name in the post. It was reported to Ghere that Winbourn, Lonnie had been sending threatening texts to his ex-wife and daughter’s cellular phones. L. Winbourn had also left several threatening messages on the his ex-wifes phone. L. Winbourn’s ex-wife’s name is Winbourn, Terri (DOB 07-26-1971) had a protection order served on him February 28, 2017 and he began the harassing texts and voicmails. Deputy Ghere showed a text message to me that indicated L. Winbourn would shoot T. Winbourn and several other ways of harming her. L. Winbourne also indicated he would not go back to prison and would “shoot it out with the cops”.

Cheryl Leopold is a 38 year old single mother of two girls Jasmine (13) and Kylie (11). On Thursday, August 18, 2016 I made contact with Tameka Atwater. She advised me that her business was broken into and she saw her soon to be ex-husband leave the location. I conducted an interview with Atwater and she provided me with her documents. Once all the documents were collected, I attempted to make contact with Johnthan Atwater. Over the course of a few week, Johnthan had not return any of my phone call. An arrest warrant was obtain for Johnthan arrest. An search warrant was obtain for Johnthan's car and the IPad and a set of clippers was found.
The consumer was intact functional, he understood about his condition however, was a little confused about his discharge date from the the hospital. The consumer did not understand why he was not able to go to rehabilitation home. The writer and social worker at the hospital explain to the consumer that because he is able to take care of himself does not qualified him for rehabilitation. However, the social worker did refer the consumer to Mollie Care which is an AFC Home on 1485 Holmur in Detroit, MI. According to Nadra social worker at the hospital the consumer is schedule to meet with Latina Kaigler to do intake assessment with the consumer. The case of Kathryn Mc Neil deals with the issue of separation in the workplace regarding the nonperformance of a single mother whose work was suffering because of the tremendous additional burden of raising a child.
