Introduction
Petron Corporation Malaysia is growing rapidly to Asian Oil Company. The company is control by Chairman, Mr. Ramon S. Ang [Diagram 1] from Philippine. In 1893, it was first established Standard Vacuum Oil Company and the product of standard oil was first sold in Peninsular Malaysia. In 1961, Esso Standard Malaya was established and construction started on Esso’s Port Dickson Refinery. This big project spends RM50-million at the time (Petron Malaysia, 2013).

This General Administrative Theory is developed fourteen principles of management that applied to all organizational situations. The 1st of Henry Fayol’s principles of management that has used by Petron Corporation Malaysia is authority. Top managers must give order with their authority. Along with authority, manager must take responsibility for assign task to their peers, colleagues, subordinates and let their peers know what they need to do, how to do it, and who will do it. For example, Petron Corporation Malaysia gives their manager to investigate some matters (Delivering Value, 2012).The example of the matters investigate by managers is investigate their employees have the resources which are required to perform its duties. This is helping them to understand of business users of technology and organization’s business model to save their time and improve their productivity. Petron’s managers also have investigate their employees have unrestricted access to and communication with the external auditors of the Company and internal auditors. This is helping the staffs who work in Petron Corporation Malaysia to improve their communication skills. So, the staffs have generating their credibility and validity between colleagues and peers. In my opinion, these theories are very important for a company to improve productivity, human relations and manage organizational functions. These theories also help the company to establish strategy goals. In my research result (Petron Malaysia, 2012), Petron Corporation Malaysia uses these theories successful. In this theory developed by Henri Fayol, he believes that it was very important to have the use of a multiplied of people instead of just relying on one person alone. Henri Fayol is known today as the “Father of Modern Management”, his theory has shaped what is know today as the Administrative Model, which relies on Fayols fourteen principles of management. These principles have been a significant influence on modern management; they have helped early 20th century manager learn how to organize and interact with their employees in a productive way.
