Her eyes captivated the world when it appeared on the cover of National Geographic on June 1985. Surprisingly, she did not even know that her eyes touched millions of readers and ignited a lot of emotions and hysteria until it was shown to her in January 2002. The photograph was taken by Steve McCurry but he did not ask for the name of his subject at that time.
