(You will have in me a president who respects you, who represents you decently and who appreciates you). The Christian – Liberal candidate seems to fit the American conservative profile. His parental attitude is caring but strict. He is strong, ambitious, respectful, decent, but mostly economically responsible, qualities which he requires from his “children” to share.
In his book, “Integrative Approaches to Psychology and Christianity,” David Entwistle (2010) provides a persuasive discourse for the assimilation of psychology and theology; secular and religious disciplines that present a “multifaceted dialogue shaped by historical interactions and tensions.” (p. 51) Of the two systems, psychology is by much of the Church thought to advocate reason over revelation whereas theology is, by more secular-leaning scholars, thought to be wanting of intellect. With Tertullian 's libretti, “what indeed has Athens to do with Jerusalem?” (p. 8) in addition to modernism’s philosophy of self-consciousness and the skepticism of postmodernism continuing to fan the flames of segregation, the flawed logic that an integration of psychology and theology is not possible ensues.
Psychological studies are mainly based on the direct observation of human behavior, rather than reasoning or speculation. Psychology is like any other subject- the majority of people have a very shallow and basic understanding of what the study involves, and yet they lack a crucial knowledge of the major struggles and disagreements among those who study it. It does not surprise me that psychology is one of the more popular majors available. By nature, it sparks human curiosity, especially as to what contributes to the system of our thoughts and the pattern in our behaviors. For the first eighteen

What is Christian Science? Who is Mary Baker Eddy? Where does Christian Science come from? Is Christian Science like Scientology? What are Christian Science beliefs? Why are we here and where do we go when we die? These question may be raised when you hear Christian Science. Christian Science is unique in its own way, it may not seem all that amazing like other religions but Christian Science is truly amazing over all. Some people refer to Christian Science as non-Christian or an a cult, but that’s not true. Christian Science is a religion that formed more slowly than other religions but is still a good religion.

Have you ever wondered how would it feel walking down the Ave. Champs-Elysses on a winter night in Paris then entering your Lamborghini? Well most people have, but how many people have actually wondered what it takes to achieve that? Not many. This is the reason why I choose this picture which is a kind of “advertisement” made by Alex Greg. The reason why I referred to it like that because it is a post published in a funny site and I choose it because of the message the author tries to send. In this picture all we can see it’s a Lamborghini in Paris and specifically located in the street leading near the Arc de Triomphe as. Also in the picture we see a quote which states: “Why haven’t you seen a Lamborghini commercial before? Because the people who can afford them aren’t sitting around watching Tv...”. The message that the author is trying to convey is simple as people who own this car don’t spend their time with nonsense stuff such as television, videogames and other time
Summary of Integrative Approaches to Psychology and Christianity In David Entwistle’s (2010) book Integrative Approaches to Psychology and Christianity he addresses, as the title suggest, the integration of Psychology and Christianity. Psychology and Christianity, as pointed out by Entwistle (2010), have often been considered enemies. The two appear to be at odds with one another because they both deal with the basic questions about life and they approach these questions differently. Psychology uses the human experience to gain understanding, while Christianity puts God in the center of all understanding.

Due to the "highly subjective nature of most scientific theorizing... [we should] let the Bible speak for itself and modify our scientific view of origins accordingly." (as cited in Downey, D., & Porter, S., 2009).
As the United States prepares for the coming presidential race in 2016, circumstances throw into question which qualities a candidate should possess in order to be successful and make a positive impact on the nation. Looking into the past, one can surmise that the best leaders must be brave, and filled with indomitable courage, compassion, and hope. The president is one leading millions and making key decisions which have enormous ramifications. As the leader of a nation, he or she speaks out in times of joy and crisis, setting the tone for the entire government body.
Enwistle’s book, Integrative approaches to psychology and Christianity: An introduction to worldview issues, philosophical foundations, and models of integration (2010) is a text that explores integrating psychology and Christianity. We start out by learning about integration related to both psychology and Christianity. Is this a thing? Is integration between these two subjects a subject itself? Enwistle explores through time to reveal how psychology and Christianity have been both closely studied and intertwined throughout time. Enwistle (2010) defines Christian psychology as “ a commitment to a Christian worldview that shapes how psychology is studied and applies, and that recognizes that there are specific Christian resources that uniquely reveal crucial aspects of what it means to be human (p. 14). Those in the psychology or counseling field who are also Christian have unique and different approaches but they draw from both Christianity and psychology to help them succeed.
Each year, approximately ten-thousand people are convicted of crimes that they did not commit (Spring). Ten-thousand people that will never see their kids grow up, ten-thousand people that will miss out on life, ten-thousand people whose lives will never be the same. Men and women are on death row for decades, only to be exonerated after their execution. Where is the justice in that? Prisons are also overcrowded and according to political scientist David Hudson, America holds five percent of the world 's population, but twenty-five percent of the world 's prison population (Hudson). This is partially derived from the overwhelming amount of cases that the justice system takes on, but also because of the harsh sentences. About

The first picture shows a church that is full of paintings and sculptures, this is a photo of the Catholic Church. In the Catholic Church they worshiped relics and used many statues and other pieces of art. Along with the use of relics, the Catholic Church used the bible to teach and preach about God, whereas the protestant Church did not. The second picture is of a church that is mostly empty, this shows the protestant church, because they did not use relics and they focused on their relations with god.
