Christianity Thesis Statement

First, I would like to some information about Christianity. 2000 years ago, Jesus Christ as a human being to come on earth and he dead on the cross for man's sin. Christianity is about his life, teachings, sacrifice, and the resurrection in the religious belief.

First of ,Christianity is a Abrahamic monotheistic religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, who is the focal point of the Christian faith.Christianity originated in Roman in 325 B.C.E,which was founded by Jerusalem(Jesus).It is currently the most popular religion in the world based on the number of worshippers found throughout the world.Even though this monotheistic religion developed from jewish society there are many more key differences in its teaching.

Christianity is one of the largest religion with the most significant and divine teachings of God. It clearly states that God is and will protect His humans from all the sufferings, and will keep them closer to Him. God sent His son, Jesus, to teach the world how to love and care for each other, and sacrifice their lives for Christ. Humans will attain salvation and their sins will be forgiven if they keep their faith in God and ask for His knowledge when choosing between good and evil.

Jesus of Nazareth is perhaps the most influential historical figure that we are aware of today. In 2013, Christianity made up 31.50% of the earth’s population. Today, Christianity is the largest religion of the world and one of the fastest growing religions through conversion. At the core of Christianity are the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Christianity, Buddhism, and Hinduism all have different beliefs and values, therefore causing an ongoing conflict between their followers (Book Rags). Religions give people hope, hope that there is more to life, more than the life we have on earth. Most religions consist of a holy figure or figures that deserve worship to provide hope, strength, comfort, and give them peace. Three noteworthy religions are Christianity, Buddhism, and Hinduism which compare and contrast each other in their own ways. Christianity is the largest religion in the world, with over 2 billion followers.

The founder of Christianity is Jesus, who was born outside Bethlehem in a manger in about 6 B.C.E. Jesus's early life is unknown, besides a few stories. It is the last three years of his life that provides the focus for most Christians. When Jesus is baptized by John the Baptist in the Judean countryside, and it marked the beginning of a ministry that centers on preaching, teaching, and healing. Jesus seemed the sick, the poor, the dying, and the sinners. Jesus is also considered Messiah ("the king") and had 12 disciples who were hand selected

Over the past thousands of years, Christianity has worked its way to being one of the most practiced religions in the world. Christianity was put into motion around the time of Jesus's birth in four B.C., and established around the time of Jesus's resurrection in 33 A.D. Jesus used his resurrection as proof to the people of Jerusalem of his mighty powers from God. Those people were knows as "the holy people" and they stretched the word of christ to as many people as they possibly could. Hundreds of years passed before the word of christianity reached most parts of the world. In many parts of this world today, you can find a church that practices Christianity.

Approximately 2.2 billion people from countries all over the world have one thing in common: their Christian faith (Chappell 1). However, many of them do not have a full understanding of what they are choosing to believe. Christianity is a religion based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. The word Christianity* originated around the year 1300 and evolved from old french word “Crestienté. “Christians as a whole¨ is its literal definition (Harper 1). It is common Christian belief that God sent his one and only son, Jesus, to be born of the Virgin Mary and deliver His message to the world. Jesus is considered to be the Messiah, or savior, and was crucified on the cross for people’s sins. He rose again on the third day so those who have sinned could go to heaven.

The Christian worldview is the most followed religion in the world with around 2.2 billion followers, this makes up 32 percent of the world’s population. With the Christian worldview comes a lot of essential elements like God, humanity, Jesus, restoration, the influence of Christianity and how the religion benefits the people that follow it. These elements play a key role in my life and how I live my life following the Christian belief.

Christianity is a religion that branched from Judaism and began in Palestine. Christianity was first practiced around 200 B.C.E. Christianity is the largest practiced religion in the world to date. This religion is practiced throughout the world in many different ways. There were approximately 43,000 different denominations of Christianity in the world during the year 2012. However, the teachings are so similar because a denomination is a separate organization, which means they do not have to have different beliefs. Two- thirds of theses denominations are independent churches with the majority of them being in Africa. Christianity is based on their religious reading, The Holy Bible, and the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth whom is their Savior.

The Christian religion finds its foundation on the Word of God and the work of Jesus Christ. Christianity finds its beginnings with Jesus Christ about 2,000 years ago, when he, the Son of God, came down to earth to teach, heal, and die for the sins of humanity. After God created man, man openly rebelled against Him, causing a rift in their relationship. Since humans cannot save themselves, a perfect and completely innocent sacrifice was necessary in order to purify and restore mankind. Christianity comprises and emphasizes Jesus’ death and resurrection, as well as denying oneself and following Christ.

Among the many religions, Christianity is one of the world's most widely spread, it has the most number of believers and its teachings spread all over the world, the congregation distributed in various countries, it is certainly the world's first religion. The core of the Christian faith is Jesus, mainly after progress of the initial of the belief in Paul and John theology, Peter's Church believes.
