On Saturday 12/02/17 at 1507 hours dispatch aired over the radio that an interrupted burglary had just occurred at the Rio Verde Mobile #443 located at 1402 22nd ST SE in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Tina Murray, stated the suspect left southbound on foot, and went over a fence out of the area. Dispatch stated Tina described the suspect as a white male, 20's in age, 5ft 5in tall, thin build, a goatee, wearing a black jacket, blue hoody, with the hood up, jeans, and blue shoes.

I observed the male look in the direction of Officer Cordova's Patrol vehicle, turn westbound onto the grass, and began walking faster. Officer
Cordova stopped his patrol vehicle and the male ran westbound into the Neely
Station Apartment complex, just north of the 'A' building, which is located at
1451 8th ST NE.
I aired on the radio Officer Cordova was in foot pursuit, and turned my patrol vehicle around in attempt to get to the west of the suspect. As I was turning I heard Officer Cordova state via the radio he had the suspect at unit #A-6.
I drove to the front, west side, of the 'A' building and saw Officer Cordova standing near vehicles in the parking lot. I asked Officer Cordova where the suspect was, and he pointed to the stairwell where unit #A-6 was. I observed the male was on the second floor balcony, lying down face first. I walked up to the male and placed him into handcuffs.

On 010/05/2016, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately1415 hours, officers were dispatched to the Rhatigan Student Center for a suspicious character. Dispatch notified all officers that they were still gathering more information at the time but the suspicious character was a black male with crutches. They also said the subject was yelling someone had a gun.
Upon arrival, I met with Lake Ridge Student Quarzaza, Imani B/F, dob 04/22/1998 and her dad Quarzaz Mongo who said that someone hit her vehicle while it was parked in the school parking lot in front of the Pac. Quarzaza said that she parked her vehicle at approximate 6:74 a.m. in the parking lot near the Pac before the start of school. Quarzaza said that when she went to her car at approximately 3:09 p.m. after school, she noticed that she had damage on the back right side fender. Quarzaza said that an unknown w/f driving a black truck drove by and told her that she had seen a red pick-up truck hit her car. Quarzaza said that the unknown suspect left a white piece of paper on her windshield with nothing written on it.
While doing a High Visibility Deterrant in lot #25, we were requested to assist WPD at 1712 hours by WPD Scat 248D Jared M Henry #2271. WSU Officer Dickerson #155 contacted WSU Sergeant Brad Agnew #153 by radio to confirm if he heard WPD's request for WSU officer. WSU Sergeant Brad Agnew #153 confirmed and told Officer Dickerson and I to switch over. Officer Dickerson confirmed WSU Sergeant Brad Agnew's traffic and radioed WSU dispatch to inform we would be switching to the WPD North channel. WSU Sergeant Brad Agnew #153 then informed us to not get involved and to switch our radioes to the Letac 10 channel and we did so. Officer Dickerson #155 then informed Letac 10 dispatch that we (WSU 202) would be assisting.
Patrol officers arrived at 518 N. K Street and surrounded the house. Patrol officers called the victim and the suspect out of the house. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.

On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at approximately 0847 hours, Patrolman David Stamets had a vehicle stopped on the 100 block of East Oak Street. Immediately after Stamets stopped the vehicle Your Affiant positioned his vehicle on the 100 block of South White Street near the Oak Street intersection facing southbound. When exiting my vehicle your Affiant observed a gold Pontiac sedan accelerating northbound on South White Street at an unsafe speed towards Stamets and your Affiant's location.

Upon my arrival, I observed a white male standing outside, Officer Welch then order the suspect to ground who was later identified as Kevin George Plato (Suspect). Mr. Plato had a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath at this time.
Officer Saunders, Officer Torres and I contacted Suspect Jose Guadalupe Arevalo at 13 W. Hammond Street. Arevalo told me the following information in summary: On 03-14-16 at approximately 0930 hours, Arevalo was reportedly approached by Parra in the rear parking lot behind his residence. Parra told Arevalo that he did not properly screw in her vehicle’s inner driver’s door panel.

On Sunday, November 5, 2017 at approximately 7:26 AM, I, Officer Raul Marrero and Ryan Holroyd were dispatched to 820 SE 9th Ct, in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint. Dispatch advised of a white Pontiac car that was parked in the driveway. The complainant/homeowner, James Robert Caves Sr., didn 't know who the vehicle belonged to.
