Concept is the basic component that build up the development to our world. It can be assumed from some specific instances or things that already existed. In some circumstances, concept is some thoughts that people had already been thought about, and had already got some development, and that’s the difference between concept and idea. On the other hand, concept is also a more abstract and more realistic thought. However, concept might be relying on the religion or the cultural difference, and can cause different thought by people in different life backgrounds. Indeed, people had discovered there are many types of concept which can be use in variety of ways. For example, in Mathematics people can use some concepts to figure out a new way to solve problems or structure out a new formula. And in Science subjects people use concept to solve ongoing mystery or find out new discovery. As an art student, in art or design, I use concept to build up new ideas. Before artist make their artworks, they usually make up a concept, which can briefly show what they are trying to explain through their …show more content…
And in some cases it can hugely increase the convenience of our life quality, and simplify our life. The concept of internet is a real life example which support the thought. However, the concept might make people’s life more complicated as well due to some useless or negative concepts. On the other hand, because of the variety uses of the concept, it might cause different affect which depends on different subjects or background. For art it might be easier for build up the students’ mind but for biology it might be really confuse for the students understanding. To my opinion, I personally think concept are more tend to make our life simplify but also tend to make our life complicated. So I remain neutral. But I hope more and more concept that been created can make our real life more
According to McEwen & Wills (2011), concept analysis is an approach to clarify and define terms so that writers and readers have a common language. The process of a concept analysis is to:
The first benefit that technology has in the classroom is the ability for students and educators to have any information that they need at their fingertips. When trying to teach a concept teachers can refer their students to specific web searches, games, or other resources that can be found on the internet. In the same way though having instant gratification through being able to look up anything on the internet can affect the way that students learn. Instead of doing work on their own students have the ability to type problem into a search engine and it will likely give them the answer for their
Having access to the internet allows us to browse more easily which in turn makes us smarter (Document 6). Having the ability to become smarter will allow our generation and the future generations to develop society and be able to share our ideas to go toward fixing the bigger problems in our world. Also phones are primarily used to keep in touch with people, even something as simple as that can nourish our brains (Document 6). Being able to connect with others is very beneficial because someone could learn about something bad that is happening across the globe. This could also be used to bring light or awareness to certain situations like raising money to give food to third world countries or helping out veterans in the USA. But this easy access to knowledge could be like a double-edged sword in that people could use the easy access to information to become more lazy in the way they
The internet makes people to be more dependency. It makes people to observe more information, and to be tended to find information. People relay more in finding information in the internet today. Furthermore, people are physically involved as they try to think and find information from the internet. The internet may have small effect on people, but still it helps people.
Idea conceptualization embraces the seven fundamental characteristics of creative thinking. This fundamental characteristics are receptivity, curiosity, broad interests, attentiveness, connection seeking, and complexity. Receptivity means taking in the world and questioning the standers while choosing the alternative solutions to an existing problem. In other words, Larry King says, “I never learn anything new when I 'm the one talking!” (Receptivity 124) Curiosity is researching topics you 're not familiar with. This involves learning about systems that currently is foreign to you. Learn how it works and dissect it as you wish. The world is merely an endless wealth of knowledge for you to indulge in. Broad interests means you are not narrowing your options. You can decide to be a specialist however without opening yourself to more kinds of knowledge, you are limiting yourself to a small range of possibility. Many of the masters such as Leonardo da Vinci was not only a master of art but also biology, and engineering. (Open Mind 118) Attentiveness is the observation of the details. No matter how big or small
The invention of the internet technology has done a great deal of significant improvement in human lives. It has provided us an easy way of accessing and disseminating information’s in a very shorter period of time. It has also improved our level of productivities by means of robotic machines. However, I do think that it has done far more significant damaged to human mind in this generation than any other generations.
This case study presents the use of Object Relations Theory. Object Relations Theory is the relation between the internalized sense of self and others, and how it affects present relationships.
The concepts one could apply are categorized into rhythmic concepts, melodic concepts musical concepts. Without having language, it’s hard to formulate lines using concepts. Without proper understanding, you sound like a theoretician when suing some concept you want to improvise on. Use of concept application involves imposing constraints and varying the constraints (Forrest). There’s more to jazz than just improvisation, artists like Duke Ellington and Charles Mingus occasional wrote jazz compositions devoid of improvisation. Musicians such as Bach, Handel, Mozart, Beethoven, and Liszt have all been recognized for their ability to improvise. While they do not sit down with pen and paper to write about their solos, they require maximum discipline as that of any other composer. Composers and soloists such as Benny Carter and Billy Childs improvise their material and extend their creativity (A Passion for Jazz).
Conceptual art is essentially an art form opened to interpretation. A painting or musical piece can be heard and seen by many but could meaning completely different things. The great thing about conceptual art is that anyone regardless of artistic background could be able to participate and share a different viewpoint from those already stated. Conceptual art is all about ideas and meanings rather than works of art. This art form emerged during a period of social and cultural upheaval in the 1960s and 1970s.
Another example of the benefits of the Internet is that of information acquisition and preservation. Back in the “good old days” acquiring information about an unfamiliar subject, or learning anything for that matter required a knowledgeable individual, a class, or a trip to the library. However, since the birth of the Internet and the development of Google by Larry Page and Sergey Brin all that has changed drastically. With Google we now have the ability to search for anything we desire at the click of a button. At a blink of an eye we are then instantaneously connected to thousands of pictures, articles, videos, books, etc. about our subject of choice such as sports. Furthermore, we not only have the ability to learn from educational documents; but from each other as well. That is, Individuals throughout the years have become more comfortable with sharing their experiences and voicing an opinion such as blogs, reviews, and testimonials. The fact is the Internet provides so many helpful sources for individuals to learn that one could practically teach their self.
A concept, being the ideal form of something, is what we, as a society, use to categorize everything and anything. A concept is created when the word or statement is being used to group similar items. Now, during class we elaborated on the example that Nietzsche used about leaves “No leaf ever wholly equals anther, and the concept “leaf” is formed…” and to my understanding this in terms means that
Concept has been defined as “symbolic statement describing a phenomena or class of phenomena (Kim, 2000,p.15). It can be theoretical or non theoretical like hope, love and desire or body temperature, pain (McEwen& Willis, 2011) the words like grief, empathy, power, job satisfaction or a phrase like health promoting behaviors or maternal attachment. Concept analysis refers to the rigorous process of bringing clarity to the definition of the concept used in science (McEwen & Willis, p, 51). According to McEwen (2011), the purpose of concept analysis is to clarify, recognize, and define concepts that describe phenomena.
The education system around the world has progressed and changed in a plentiful amount of ways, and the concept of knowledge and learning has changed in modern day. For example, certain schools around the globe are moving on to implementing technology in classrooms because it provides many benefits and statistical research that states how students are improving their academic readiness because of the instant access to information, a greater engagement and interactive process in learning, and the personalization that instructors can do towards the educational experience that students receive. The benefits of technology in class can be rather debatable, for there are people who think it's a distraction, but it certainly seems to be beneficial according to the increase of passing percentages in schools.
Concept cars are cars that are made to show new styling or technology that an organization intends to apply in the production of new car models. These cars help car manufacturing companies determine the response of customers to
