This artwork, Coral, represents her creativity. I decided to draw my sister because I wanted to express her passion for what she loves to do. I decided to include a Youtube logo because it shows that she is creative. The music notes represent that she needs music wherever she goes. Whenever she is practicing she like to have music so that she can be concentrated. I decided to draw the notes big so that it wouldn't look like the music notes are just floating, but so that it can lead the viewer's attention to the bubble. It will slowly, but gradually lead the viewer to the top. I decided to leave it white because it makes it stand out more than if I shaded it in. The music notes overlaps because it gets the attention more of the viewer so
The film The Sea Inside shares the heart warming real life story of a man named Ramon Sampedro. I examine how rising or falling tide can affect the water level of Corte Madera Salt Marsh in this report. The data is from Wednesday (June 19th) and Thursday (June 20th). My hypothesis is that tide and water level have positive relationship. From the result, I learn that the water level and tide have positive relationship. However, when tide changes its direction, the water level is likely to stay or little change.
The Battle of Coral Sea was the first major sea battle between allied fleet forces, including those of the United States and Australian Navies, and the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) during World War II. Pivotal in terms of allied naval fleet operations during the war, the Battle of Coral Sea was also the first naval battle that featured opposing air craft carriers in close proximity to each other, resulting in air battles initiated by sea, rather than from traditional land bases. The following provides relevant details.
SeaWorld is a United States based park with live aquatic animals. SeaWorld has been under some scrutiny lately with the treatment of their Orcas as well as their living conditions. Some people believe what SeaWorld is doing is okay whereas others do not. Some think keeping animals in captivity is acceptable, and others think taking them away from their families is uncalled for. Washington Post believes what SeaWorld doing is perfectly acceptable. PBS a typically children’s network is completely for SeaWorld and keeping animals in captivity. SeaWorld is strongly debated on keeping animals in captivity, their living conditions, and taking orcas away from their families.
The battle of Coral sea was caused by The Japanese plan to extend their Pacific control to set up a base at Tulagi in the Solomons for long-range amphibious aircraft and stopping Australia's supply lines and troop movement to America also forcing America out of the pacific war with the Pearl Harbour bombings. They also wanted to take Port Moresby; Control of the port and airfield at Port Moresby would mean that Japanese captured islands would be safe from land-based air attacks, and the Japanese Air Force would be able to attack Queensland ports and airfields at Horn Island, Cooktown, Coen and Townsville. The attack started at Rabual, New Britain and then blocked off Australia's access to bases they had established in the pacific islands. It involved Australia and America uniting to fight together after Pearl harbour was bombed and Australia needed assistance that Britain couldn't provide.
This essay is a reflective essay on my learning development from a young age through to my current position as a University Student. I will be relating my learning development back to two theories of human development, Vygotstsky’s socio-cultural theory and Marcia’s version of Erikson’s theory of identity development. I will identify and discuss the challenge I have faced with my identity and how this has impacted on my development.

We are currently fighting the Japanese at the Coral Sea; everyone is fighting as hard as they can to live. Here in the jungle I can hear the gun fire coming at us and hitting our boat. I saw one of my mates get shot in the arm and then his face while he was on the floor, I felt terrible because I couldn’t help him. Although we kept on moving forward trying to defeat the Japanese in this atrocious war. In the end they managed to sink a few of our ships and take on our army to defeat us.

The oceans primordial predators mortality rates have subsided, due to the increasing popularity of longlining among fisheries. Previous records have revealed that after releasing a pelagic longline consisting of 17,000 hooks, they concluded that sharks made up 45% of the bycatch collected. Disregarding the ~33% of the shark bite-offs. (2) Revealing that even if they changed J-hooks to circle hooks, sharks would still be a liability. In the end, the same longlines have still been used. Furthermore, in 2010 more than 3,400 dusky sharks were captured as bycatch, even though it is illegal to deliberately catch the species (12-8-15). However, the dusky shark is not the only endangered shark species being threatened by longlines. Out of the 12 species,
The well renowned scientist Albert Einstein once so elegantly stated, “Those who have the privilege to know, have the duty to act”. However, sometimes we take our newfound intelligence and use it for the wrong reasons. The French Revolution gave the lesser people a chance to think for themselves and become a powerful force, similarly to what Victor’s monster does in the novel Frankenstein. Being forced to learn on his own, the monster was able to attain information of the things he was missing in life making him very angry and build his need for revenge. Knowledge creates a certain type of superiority that can lead to danger of thinking one is invincible. Knowledge is power, but too much knowledge can be dangerous.
However, many fisherman are unable to catch as many fish as they used to, so they are increasingly using cyanide and dynamite in fishing, which further degrades the coral reef ecosystem.[6] This perpetuation of bad habits simply leads to the further decline of coral reefs and therefore perpetuating the problem. One solution to stopping this cycle is to educate the local community about why conservation of marine spaces that include coral reefs is important.[7] Once the local communities understand the personal stakes at risk then they will actually fight to preserve the reefs. Conserving coral reefs has many economic, social, and ecological benefits, not only for the people who live on these islands, but for people throughout the world as well.

Bottlenose dolphins are actually unique and interesting creatures.
