Creative Play Benefits

I William Cherry agree with the Benefits of Organized Activities. There are two reasons why I agree with Organized Activities more then Creative Play. One reason is because if you don't let your kids do Scout meetings, sports, or music lessons then they're going to be inside kids and will never want to go outside. Another good reason is because if your kid is always creative playing by themselves then they will never get outside and learn social skills.

Free-form play helps children learn their own interest and creativity. Using imagination is also important as a child, it gives them a freedom to learn to be their own person, and show their emotions. Pretend play also helps them understand the values and needs of others.

I just read two passages about creative play and organized activities for children. The first passage states that children need more creative play in their schedules. The second passage states that organized activities should be provided for children. I agree with the second passage. The second passage provides stronger evidence. It also has better supported reasoning.

Play is inevitable when it comes to children. Given the right environment and objects (of any sort), children will find a way to play. Jarvis, et al state that educators must offer inspiring, playful environments which include hands-on activities and interesting resources. This will empower children to educate themselves (2009). Along the same line, Wood and Attfield consider that an environment inclusive of varied resources will provide room for growth in their learning and will support the child’s “creativity, inventiveness and originally” (2005, p.231).

Creative Play is a very important part of a childs life. It give children the sence of independency, leadership and self control. When children are allowed to play creatively, It allows them to express themselves and gives them the courage to do things that they have never done before. I can say from experience,that when you give a child the chance to teach, and lead on there own it shows them that you they have the power to do anything that they put their minds to. It also give them the ability to explore new ideas and develop sense of self. It lets them know that they will not always have someone there, and that sometimes they will be in total control of what, when and how they do things in life.A

The article "The Benefits of Organized Activities" perspective indicates the importants of children activities to help them become adults, more than the article "Helping Children Play Creatively". Both articles had many great reasons for their beliefs in children play and activities helping children. However I believe "The Benefits of Organized Activities" identifies the importants of children becoming adults because children need organized activities to help them learn responsibility and their identity.

Should we provide our children with free time to engage in imaginative and creative play or more important to ensure that our children participate in organized activities? Well, my opinion I will ensure that my children participate in organized activities. Even though kids need to experience creative play to learn how to express themselves, become independent thinkers, and interact with peers, I believe that organized activities help children develop healthy attitudes toward themselves now and in the future.

Creative play in ower youth helps them to learn how to express themselves, they can learn independance and how to solve problems. Creative play does not teach following rule and understanding the importance of it.

I personally believe that having both a time for creative play and organized activities are both very important. I think taking the time for both are vital to the development of children. They are important for many reasons.

The debate between "Helping Children Play Creatively" and "the Benafits of Organized Activities" is a very personl one for me becase i benafened from both. The argument for organized activities in my case organized activities helped me connect with people i don't know as an aduilt and give me the confadence to branch out explore. Organized activities gave me other skills that helped me out in adulthood as in time mangment witch is very inportant in your aduilt life. thought these activities i learned to have a real stroung work ethct,empathy,and most impotantley respct.

In my opinion, I think that children need both orgnaized activity and creative play time. Organized activities teach the children responsiblity, while creative play teaches them that its okay to be theirselves and hvae fun.

Physical play is a kind of play that involves physical movements that develop a child’s gross motor skills and fine motor skills. It involves moving activities like jumping, running, climbing, hopping, throwing etc. Playing with blocks, connecting toys

Firstly, creative play is helpful way for kids to learn basic problem solving skills and devlop critical thinking. From arts and crafts to playing house, kids are given an abunbance of freedom to independently to learn how to share, interact with their peers,make friends and excel at their own pace. For example, by playing house with friends and taking on certain rolls, kids can learn how to make their beds, care for babies, sweep the floors, and clean overall.
