Wonderful! I am so happy to hear from you, and know that all is well... Yes! My mom, niece and the kids, we are having lots of fun... I'm at her place, an off-base military housing in Newburgh... Bummer... I had a chance to get to their Chadwick Lake Park for a $40. non-residents fee. I even ' Moon Hiked four miles - the 2016 Hike started at the park's Large Pavilion (7:00 pm.) But most important, we spend lots of quality time together, eating (lol) and watching Christmas in July movies... Anyway, I truly like the verse in James... Please keep them coming, My Dear, Sweet Sister.!
I went to Geneva on the Lake and had the most lively time there. First we went to the beach and rummaged through the sand with sifters to find beach glass which was so much fun. We then went to this rundown building with old antiques and knick knacks, and some of the things were shuddersome and freighting. After we went through some more buildings we went to get some food which was really appetizing. Lastly it was time to leave which was hard because I had so much fun there.
Saturday's activities will begin at noon for a whiffle ball game at Arnot Park and then the gang will head to Grove Park for a picnic at 2 P.M. Theresea says everyone is welcome and asks participants
"Wake up, partners," the trail boss, James called. I sleepily looked up , shivered, and saw I was the only one not up. "Here," James said, giving me the horses' bridles and saddles. "Take these and get the horses ready. We have a long day today." I groaned in reply and set up the horses for the day's long drag. I was the horse wrangler and this was my everyday job but I still couldn't get use to the idea of waking up before the sun and working. We drove the cattle into open plains against the winter's cold wrath.
After a long mountainous drive, I arrived at my destination to embrace one of nature’s wonders in the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, Abram Falls Trail. Upon departing the car, a cool crisp breeze brushed my face and the aroma of bacon lingered in the early morning air from the neighboring campground. The narrow rocky footpath looked like a tedious adventure, however a gorgeous, vibrant array of red, purple, orange, and yellow wildflowers blossoming at the entrance made the trail alluring. Navigating the rocky, uneven terrain required sturdy footing, but the quiet stillness created a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. The lush pine-oak forest formed a green canopy of shelter above the trail, offering welcome cool shade, as vivid sunlight filtered through the foliage. A sweet honey fragrance permeated the air, as a stunning scene displayed a cluster of purple and pure white
But I only give ya ten minutes. Anymore and I calls the cops. Take the first turnstile, on your right” He pointed to the turnstiles that lead up into the platforms.
It was my first day of college and I rushed through the campus of Colorado Mesa University to get to my first class. Even though I was in a hurry, I couldn’t help but notice how lush and green the grass was and how clean everything looked. I began to slow my pace as I found my attention captivated by the campus around me. The buildings looked new, the benches looked clean, the grass wasn’t brown and dry. Everything seemed so organized and well maintained, unlike my high school. After several minutes I made it to my first class and realized that slowing down to look around the campus made me even more late than I already was. I stood outside the door for a few minutes because I was so embarrassed to go in, fearing
I layed back, kicked my feet up, and looked up at the sun trying to break through the leaves of the enormous Oak trees. There is one place I always end up when I want to escape from the rest of the world: Pokagon State Park.
CHARGE!!!, the crowd went wild as the song was playing in the stadium. As I got closer to the seats it got louder and louder I felt like I was at a monster truck show. Then I got to the seats I turned my head to look at the field and it look a lot more greener than on TV. The home team was practicing on the field ready to beat the Washington Nationals.
Yes! Yes! Yes! My mom told me the news. I made the team after only two tryouts. Now, I play for the Fort Wayne Sport Club. I have been playing soccer for about seven years now, mainly because I just love the sport. This is my second year with the Fort Wayne Sport Club. I hope to play soccer for the rest of my life.
It was a blazing, sunny day in Lake Havasu City, Arizona reading a temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit out on the back patio. The hot air felt like the inside of an oven against a human being’s skin. As a Lake Havasu City native, little seven- year- old Scarlett Suzanne had no trouble at all swimming in the pool at such extremely sizzling temperatures. She would play for hours on end pretending she was Ariel from “The Little Mermaid” until her mother would have to drag her inside for supper. Although Scarlett was practically a fish in the water, she was not allowed to go outside unless her mother was home or was watching her.
In my sixth grade year, 2015, I was sitting on the couch reading a book. Suddenly, a scream rang out. As quick as a cheetah, my mom ran into our living room and showed me her computer’s email. Excitedly, I took the computer. On it, was a few sentences congratulating me on making ILMEA orchestra. It was a music festival with a choir, a band, and obviously, a orchestra. I was so excited, I had to call my teacher, Mrs. Lafranzo. So, no more than four months later, I was in my car heading to Oswego East High School for morning practice.
One day, I walked upstairs to my warm third grade class at John Stewart Elementary school. As I started my morning work, which usually included math, that was on my desk, my teacher, Mrs.Biddle announced, "Today we are going to pick table names!"
It’s about 4:00 P.M when we arrive at the park. The cold air bites against my nose as a close friend and I walk along the path. We watch as crimson leaves are dragged from their branches by the strong wind and the sky changes colors with sun as it dips below the horizon. While we walk we come across an old worn out bench. It’s covered in speckles of dried moss and the wood that makes up the bench is splintering.
Carver prowled up and down the halls of Aldersley Park, the mansion he had inherited when his parents were tragically killed in a plane crash two years before. He felt restless, twenty three years old and wealthy beyond his wildest dreams, and yet he felt restless. His skin crawled with desire for release, any kind of release from his frustration.
The cold, brisk air hit their fragile bodies harsh like a cluster of bricks. Manda jumped and giggled at the tiny, yellow bird brushing past her head. Misty snarled and whipped herself around to smack the bird with all the power she managed in the freezing weather. Manda gasped and hurried over to the bird. “Why’d you do that?” she asked with fake tears in her voice. Misty snarled and threw the injured bird hard on the ground. The bus made a deafening screech sound as it pulled down the driveway. Together the girls made a run without hesitation as the bird took its last breath before disappearing from this world.
