The empty lot located on the corner of Church Street and Mill Street should be used to develop a three-story grocery store because it would continue to promote mixed land use in Downtown Orangeville, it would be designed into a compact building to preserve green space, and would encourage walking in the area. There are currently only a handful of reserved spaces on campus, and the ground has yet to be broken for the construction of the parking deck.
