Cultural Analysis of China China’s history is the world’s oldest unbroken civilization dating back to at least four thousand years. Through these years, China came to develop several dynasties, with the first being the Xia Dynasty which was formed in 2000 B.C. Following the Xia Dynasty was the Qin Dynasty; main reason for this dynasty was to reform all the regions of China. The key contributing factor is in this successful event, was a Chinaman by the name of Qin Shi Huang. He was the sole emperor of China during this era. The most important and teachable language is Mandarin, which primarily is taught in school and has an elevated literacy rate. This language is believed to be a reference from personal beliefs and principles. China is also home of the world’s largest population. China’s population as of 2015 is 1,355,692,576. The Han Chinese is the majority that holds 92% of the country’s population. In combination to China’s population, there are 55 remaining minority groups, and of these 15 include over half of the population. In efforts to maintain and slow down the country’s population growth, the governor provides incentives to families who have only one child in their household. Having one child is seen as a great thing due to the following: “1. Poverty Eradication in China. In poor areas in the country, too many births and cultural and economic backwardness mostly interact as cause and effects. Chinese government has started to take steps in providing support to develop those poor areas in order to alleviate poverty. The government is doing so by family planning, raising quality of life of the population in such areas and holding the growth of population under control. 2. Reduce number of Population.
