A Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) is a type of database management system that stores data in the form of related tables. The system does not require many assumptions about how data is related t or how it is to be extracted from the database. The database can be viewed in several forms.

Database, it is a place use to store lots of data. It can be seen as a filing cabinet. And database management system (DBMS) is software that specificity designs for managing the data in database such as create, update or delete them. General is including security, retrieval and backup features. User also allows using the data to create a report or share data with multi-user.

A Database Management System or (DBMS) is an essential tool for any organization or company in today’s modern world. A DBMS is “a group of programs that manipulate the database and provide an interface between the database and its users and other application programs” (Stair & Reynolds, 2011, p. 189). So in choosing the right DBMS there are many factoring issues with choosing the right one for the company or organization. When choosing a DBMS one has to think about how the system will ultimately help the company or organization with day to day processes and the goals of the company or organization.

A database is used to store collections of information and easily retrieved at a later date. The larger the amount of information, the more organized a database needs to be. A database is created with the requirements and needs of current and future users and most importantly, with past users and their information. Out book defines database systems as “an organization of components that define and regulate the collection, storage, management, and use of data within a database environment”. (Database Systems, 2013)

Database A database is an organised body of related files and or information. It is simply an automated library system an is maintained as an integral part of most organisations worldwide. A cite on the World Wide Web, the Webopedia Computer Dictionary, refers to the database as a collection of information organized and presented to serve a specific purpose. (A telephone book is a common database.)

Oracle provides a flexible RDBMS called Oracle7. Using its features, you can store and manage data with all the advantages of a relational structure plus PL/SQL, an engine that provides you with the ability to store and execute program units. The server offers the options of retrieving data based on optimization techniques. It includes security features that control how a database is accessed and used. Other features include consistency and protection of data through locking mechanisms.

The database is a collection of related data that is organized in some way so it can be accessed easily and can be managed & updated. Relational database management system (RDBMS) is DBMS system that is based on relational model. In this model, data is represented in tuples. The query is the type of request for the information from the database. Database report is the formatted result of the query & contains data for decision analysis & making. Decision support system is an information system that supports the decision-making activities of the business or an organization.

Database is any collection of data or information, that is specially organized for rapid search and retrieval by a computer. Databases are structured to facilitate the storage, retrieval, modification, and deletion of data in conjunction with various data-processing operations.

A database is a system that is specialized to manage data in a computer application system. Data has many forms, such as text, digital, symbols, graphics, images and sound. The database systems are integral components of current and future command, communication, control and intelligence information systems. (Lunt, 1992, p. 253)

Databases have been in use since the early days of computing programs. An Information Technology services company, such as Getronics, not only utilizes databases for information and record management, it earns revenue by providing database management services. Getronics uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as its database software. The clients that contract Getronics for Information Technology services rely and depend on the accuracy and currency of the database information that is stored. Databases will continue to exist and expand as more companies become more of aware of the importance of record and data management.

Relational Database Management System is a database where data is represented as a set of relations in which data is stored. RDBSM is the basic for SQL. RDBSM contains a table (Is where the data of RDBMS is stored in) and the table contains a field (It is the smaller pieces of the table/ attributes of the table.), records (Also known as a row. It is a single entry in the table. It lies horizontally on the table) and columns (Columns lie vertical on the table. It contains all of the information related to a single field/ attribute). Constraints (Rules) can be enforced on a RDBSM. Example: Unique constraint (To ensure that all the data in a column is of different values), Not Null constraints (Set in place to ensure that a columns cannot have a null value), Primary key (Ensures uniquely identified records in a table), Foreign key (Ensures that

Information System is a vast IT resource with The capacity and information to make a world wide web. IS consists of all the vital resources incorporated in IT. IT framework gives the establishment to the conveyance of a company's items or administrations through its network environment. Data of Information is another vital IT resource, which is related to information captured, filtered, and manipulated by the firm. These captured information’s is stored in the company’s database system with the intension of enhancing the company’s Productivity. These huge database comprises of information that can be used to learn more about the business, the clients and the contenders or completion that the company might have to face in the long run.

Interpretive approach define the framework that why the evaluation is is being done? What is being evaluated? Who affects the evaluation? When is the evaluation taking place? And how is the evaluation to be carried out?. Study were performed on 22 users by using eclectic approach which means selecting of individual element from variety of sources. Output of the study demonstrate huge variation among all cases, evaluation result were different within same case. The final conclusion was that those who are participating in evaluation should be well aware of the difficulties. User should have good understanding of the concept and question.

We have all used search engines and ended up with results that do not meet our needs. Both as a professional and as a casual users of the World Wide Web, we should understand and utilize methods that allow us to retrieve the appropriate information in the most efficient manner.
