And I think if everybody focused on what we all have in common - which is - we all want to be happy in life.” Bullying is a big concern in our society whether it be cyberbullying, verbal bullying, or physical bullying. Almost everyone experiences a type of bullying at some point in their lifetime. Therefore, it is important to know how to deal with these situations.

This is bullying by words. For example, it may occur with clique. A clique is a small group of people, with shared interests or other features in common, who spend time together and do not typically allow others to join them. Many schools have different types of cliques. These tight-knit groups gang up on victims by calling them names. Members of a clique sometimes bully the victim based on personal appearances. They can also alienate a person they do not like. Verbal bullying can become worse if the target is outnumbered. Some effective ways to stop the bullying is to report it to a teacher or a trusted staff member at school. You can tell a parent or family member, too. You may want to try to assess the situation to decide if you can stand up to the bully and ask them to stop. One can simply ignore it and walk away, yet usually this does no happen. Many experts agree the ways to deal with this kind of bullying is the same as how to deal with verbal bullying. There are additional ways to deal with this type, though. Bullying could either be from an individual or a group. Bullying is formed in many different ways, one of the most common forms of bullying is verbal bullying. About seventy-seven percent of students being verbally abused from somebody in a form of a rumor, obscenity, or a derogatory term towards his/her race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc. Another form of bullying that is taking over is cyberbullying. In our modern day world, technology and social media has been used to target others to lower their self-esteem or threatened them.
According to Merriam Webster Dictionary bullying means, “prone to or characterized by overbearing mistreatment and domination of others.” Bullying can be done in many different ways, such as over social media(cyberbullying), verbally, and physically. All bullies are trying to get a reaction from their victim. However, if people stand up to the bully most of the time it will stop, if that doesn't work a punch to the nose will solve everything else.
