RELATED CASES: None SUPPORT DOCUMENTS: None. On 08/20/2015, Kimberlyna Edge contacted Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a delayed vehicle burglary and grand theft. Ms. Edge advised sometime between 1042 and 1105 hours on 08/19/2015, an unknown suspect stole an unsecured red and black Shindawa backpack leafblower out of the bed of the listed truck. The vehicle was parked on the street in front of the residence. The work crew was in the back yard. Ms. Edge was unable to provide any suspect or witness information. She said the suspect fled the scene without detection. I did not dispatch a deputy due to the time delay in reporting the crime, and the vehicle having been driven since the crime occurred. Upon our arrival we were met by Jerry Thompson, he stated to us that someone had stolen some hand tools and atv wheel and tires from his shop behind his residence. After speaking with Mr. Thompson Sgt. South and I went out to the outside of the shop under a covered parking area and found a yellow in color Can-Am atv on a motorcycle jack without the wheel and tires. After this Mr. Thompson showed us inside of the shop where a tall rolling tool box was and informed us that various hand tools such as socket sets, ratchets and electric impact drivers were taken from. Mr. Thompson also informed us that in the office area inside the shop was a change jar with approximately $20.00 in change was missing and a 30 pack of bud light was missing out of the refrigerator in the office area.
On Monday August 08, 2016 I, Detective K. Holland #636 began reviewing this case file. The three listed suspects, Ramon Alvarado, Jose Blancas, and Hector Gatica were believed to be involved with burglarizing vehicles prior to their arrest. Since their arrest, victims had come forwards to report their vehicle was burglarized. Property belonging to Malinda Sims, (a Samsung cell phone), was returned to her by Officer Acosta. Sims also reported that $80-$100 was stolen from her vehicle. Officer Weaver advised that there was still electronic equipment inside the Dodge Avenger that was located at Brownwood Towing. A search warrant was sought for the Avenger, and it was signed by Judge Sam Moss. The search of the vehicle was occurred on 08/08/16
Stephen said on 07/25/2017 he parked his truck in the driveway with a Predator 8750 watt generator on a trailer. Stephen said at 8:00pm on 07/25/2017 the generator was still on the trailer. Stephen said on 07/26/2017 around 7:00am one of his workers noticed the generator was missing. Stephen said the strap on the generator had been cut to remove the generator. Stephen said he had cameras on his property and will review the video to see if the theft was on camera. Stephen said he was not sure if the cameras could see where the trailer was. On 26 June 2017 at 1516 hours, Officers were dispatched to the area of 305 East Penn Street for a theft of a vehicle. Officer were advised the actor was a Rhiannon Meyer and that she had stolen her dad Dodge truck green in color with a plow on the front. and was last seen heading towards Main Street. Officer began to check the area of Main Street, when Unit 191 called out with the vehicle at 100 Pennsylvania Ave, in Shenandoah Heights. Your Affiant (Patrolman William Moyer) along with Patrolman Tyler Dissinger responded to Unit 191 (Chief Livergood) location. At arrival Chief Livergood had MEYER in custody along with the stolen vehicle. MEYER'S was still yelling about someone having a gun in the window of the residence and was not making sense

On Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2141 hours, 911 Dispatched advised I, Deputy Waldschmidt needed to make contact with Virginia L. McAdams (DOB: 07-31-1932) in regards to some suspicious activity on her property. I made contact with McAdams who stated a 3rd party person told her they saw a white male leaving her abandoned property in the 800 block of East 130th Avenue North near Peck, Sumner County, Kansas. McAdams just wanted to make Deputies aware of this since she has had trouble in the past with people going on the property and stealing her belonging. The white male was described as an older male with a beard. The male was seen running from her property to his vehicle. The vehicle was described as a blue passenger car, last seen heading eastbound.
On 08/17/2016, I spoke with Elsie Garcia in the District II Lobby of the Pasco Sheriff`s Office in reference to fraudulent use of her personal identification. A Credit One Bank credit card account number 4707930511043438 was opened in her name without her knowledge or permission.

Mr. Moreland advised sometime between 1700 hours on 05/02/2016, and 1200 hours on 05/04/2016, an unknown suspect used an unknown type cutting tool to cut the wires and steal his five-ton air conditioner unit that sat on the exterior wall at the listed unoccupied residence.
At approximately 1915 hours, Pasco sheriff’s E. Reagan arrived to the office and took over the investigation. A copy of the video surveillance was saved in a thumb drive, and a photo of the suspect which was obtained from Ms. Austin’s Facebook and provided to Pasco sheriff’s Deputy E. Reagan to further investigate this
On 11-25-16 at 1235 hours, Officer Calderon #2037 and I were dispatched to 1604 N Arroyo Boulevard regarding an attempt petty theft investigation. Upon our arrival, we met with Witness Michael Robert Trujillo, who is the resident at the above location. Trujillo told me the following information in summary:
Ms. Ray said the suspect fled the scene undetected. She was unable to provide any suspect or witness information. She said there was no evidence left at the scene, and no video surveillance of the area available. She said she did not see anyone or hear any noise during the noted timeframe. She has had the rear window, with two small holes in it replaced.
