Background checks were completed for Daniel Abbott and Elizabeth Ruyle. Daniel Abbott was negative for CANTS (12/8/2015). FBI (12/8/2015) and Illinois State Police (12/8/2015) were positive. Mr. Abbot was arrested on 08/05/2001 for driving under the influence of alochol. He was charged with a DUI. He plead guilty, paid the fines, and attended six classes. Mr. Abbott was clear with records for his fostercare license under his name. Mr. Abbot no longer drinks. Inquiries into the National Sex Offender Registry (1/22/2016) and the Illinois Sex Offender Registry on (1/21/2015) revealed no offenses for Daniel Abbot. On 2/16/18, at approximately 1941, I responded to 1241 Lake Lucerne Cir, Winter Springs, Seminole County in reference to a battery. It was unknown when they got incarcerated, or the reason, per the reporter. John may have been called at the time to get the child, but he did not know if would be for a long time. He mentioned in the report that the parents have multiple felons and will be in jail for a while. Tim Morgan hit Michael Kramer with a foam hand after a verbal argument at a Patriots/Steelers professional football game in Foxborough, MA. The actions of Mr. Morgan caused Mr. Kramer to fall down the bleachers and sustain injuries. Mr. Morgan is facing charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Ollie’s Barbecue was a family-owned restaurant in Birmingham, Alabama that made barbecued meats with a seating of 220 customers. It was located on a state highway 11 blocks from the interstate. Their food is bought from a local supplier that outside of the state. The restaurant refused to serves black Americans. They served white Americans and only delivered to black Americans. It would also make it hard for the black Americans that were traveling state to state. They have been operating in violation of the Act. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits restaurants and others public could not discriminate customers based on race.

Per Reporter: Jaylon has been living with the McBeth family for over a year. Kristen saw Jaylon at church and took him home with her. Prior to Jaylon stayed from house to house with friends from school. Jaylon’s father (unknown) is deceased; Bonitez (Jaylon’s mother) was never home. In a case where a woman in a committed relationship with multiple children wants to end a pregnancy against the father’s wishes, Callahan would suggest she continue the abortion, however, Hursthouse would understand her reasoning and accept the abortion as virtuous, however, she might consider it a moral failing of irresponsibility. In a rape victim scenario, again Callahan would suggest the pregnancy be continued especially with the later term pregnancy but Hursthouse would not even consider the term of the fetus and fully accept an abortion without a doubt in mind.
