Allow them to have a one-minute discussion among themselves. Do not provide answers at this time.

Teach/Review with students: Log in to Brainpop.com using their username and password and search Branches of Government.

Assign for home: Students will view Branches of Government movie with Tim and Mobley and take the online quiz. Print your results or email to mmcquade@philasd.org.

Additional Practice for Home: Students can log onto Brainpop.com and play the game wherein they place each of the government’s responsibilities under the appropriate branch of government column.

In Class: Students without technology at home can view the movie as a group and complete a paper quiz and turn in for assessment.
