Description of the Project Proposal
The project requirement as I understand is to develop a sustainable marketing and human resource structure for a well-established Childcare centre that caters for local families with pre-school aged children in the surrounding suburbs and Swinburne University community.
This structure must have a low financial budget and also cater for further expansion in the future. The client has indicated that they are actively seeking to advertise and raise the view of Kindergarten with the aim of filling both 3 Year-old and 4 year-old programs to their capacity. Therefore it is very important that the planned structure can fulfil the requirements of the clients. It is also mentioned that the client is very cautious of a structure that all new individuals can follow even if they don’t have the right skills and experience needed to finish the task. This is proposed in the form of the Annual Marketing Plan, which will be conducted by volunteers who constantly keep changing every year. Therefore this designed structure must cater for the client with this particular need. Furthermore, the client has indicated an interest in the professional development of their staff and would like to conduct programs that would help the staff be motivated in the work they perform. Although this is not yet confirmed as a definite trial, the designed structure should be able to achieve this possibility.
Marketing Team and Human Resource Proposals

As a childminder my services interacts regularly with Children centres who offer classes such as toddler groups which assist a child in their early years with their development through play, songs and story times. They also offer training and support to children and their families such as finding employment, childcare and breast feeding.
Like other day care facilities, The Kids Learning Centre strives to provide the best in child care. As part of their program to
What are the goals of Early Head Start? The goals or priorities of this is to provide safe and developmentally enriching caregiving. To support parent, mother and father, in the role as primary caregivers. The teaching of the children, and family in meeting personal goals. Being able to successfully achieve self sufficiency across a wide variety of domains. Communities being mobilized to provide proper resources and environment that is necessary. But also, to ensure the provision of high quality responsive services for the family. The idea of this topic, is to show the types of things that should be looked for when choosing a child care center. When choosing a child care center for whom it may involve it should be important to look for things like the quality of care, and the type of care and learning techniques that will be involved, while the child is there.
I am currently an owner/ director of a childcare center. God’s Individuals (Gigi’s) Clubhouse is the name of the childcare. The childcare operated out of my home. Running a childcare center consist of making decision as a manger and a leader. The childcare consists of 27 children as of now. We are always looking for children who are in need of a homely childcare environment. Gigi’ clubhouse came about some years ago due to the fact so; many children were getting hurt in a childcare center environment. So, as an early childhood educator I decided to make the childcare center like little cottages and use the Montessori method and
Setting a plan covering the five areas of development (SPICE) as the setting allows us and responding to children’s requests according to their ages, ensuring we are supporting and covering their needs as well as offering equal opportunities, taking into account:
Striving to provide high quality childcare provisions that support children’s development to reach their potential.
For this method I contacted four local Fife childminders that also work with the community childminding, I discussed with them over the telephone what I was required to do and how I would visit their setting to see their play area and to do an interview to gain qualitative information. (Appendix 1)
When working with Children is it always important to design a service to meet all their needs. So that they feel comfortable in their surroundings and independently develop. Services that have been put in place are good for the benefit for the Children when they start at a new Nursery. These services also help them develop while they are at the Nursery, and the Children can take the skills they have learnt and take them with them. The skills they learn may indeed stay with them when they grow older and start attending school.
My target audience are those who need professional childcare services. I will attract my target audience via advertising on the internet through Facebook, Net mums etc. I will also register with the local authority and Ofstead. In addition to this I will attend local childminder drop in groups in the Hayes area, which will allow other childminders to recommend my services.
It is important that the early year’s workers provide appropriate activities and environments for children both indoors and outdoors. Children must have equal access to these activities and they must be safe and appropriate for the level of the children.
The location we would like to start our child care center in is 6800 Shakespeare Rd, Columbia, SC 29223 Columbia, South Carolina. There are 13 licensed centers in our community within our local zip code with an average capacity of 20-240 children. There are 7 Head Start programs and no Early Start programs that operate in the community. The Head Start programs do not specify how many children they serve. Our community has 1 faith-based program. These faith based programs are not exempt from licensure and they serve 100-238 children. Our local public schools offer head start in the whole county for pre-Kindergarten aged children. There is no YMCA in our community.
Early childhood education must always be changing and evolving to meet the needs of the children and families that we serve. In the short term for this school, the plan is to implement a new curriculum for students 2 and under. The plan is to re-train teachers and add new equipment to the classrooms when expansion becomes available. Long term, the plan is to open a second school.
This paper rocks, good job. In my finite mind I did not think about how these external forces can affect the childcare industry. I agree with the subsequent order that these microenvironmental forces are placed. Consequently, it is of my opinion, that organizations are controlled or governed first by political-legal forces. This could also be viewed as ‘barriers of entry’, Parnell (2017), as was a part of our lesson last week, do you agree? In other words, if schools do not abide by governmental rules and regulations it will be illegal for them to continue. Wasn’t this one of the point you were trying to make? Economic forces could be a large challenge in today’s society, considering families with more than one child.
In my time as an educator I may be given the opportunity to work in a remote location for example Western Australia or Northern Territory. It is essential that I know the issues that the families, students and my co-workers face when attending or working at a remote early childhood service.
