An Architect is more concerned with the outlook of a building, where as a designer is more concerned with its buildability.

Structural engineer
Structural engineers design structures to withstand stresses, such as weather and human use. And ensure buildings and other structures do not bend, collapse or vibrate and have a good design life.

Services engineer
A service engineer's work includes installing, repairing and maintaining tools and products in the vary of fields. There are different types of service engineers, such as mechanical and electrical engineers.

Contractor
Normally a contractor is responsible for providing all of the material, labor and equipment. And also provide services necessary for the construction of the project. The contractor always looks for subcontractors to carry out the projects.

Consultant
Consultants always help organizations to solve issues, maximize growth and improve the productivity. They use their business skills to provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills which the organization may be lacking

Quantity surveyor
Quantity Surveyor is a construction cost consultant. The contracts and cost on the construction project, including the beginning startup work to the final figures to complete the project is what the quantity surveyor job consists of.
