In Robert Louis Stevenson’s novel, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, the experimental utilization of evil conquers all endeavors to recover morality, proving the relentless supremacy of evil that dominates human nature. Stevenson expresses the valuable and recurrent lesson, as well as the consequences, of the practice of evil and the abuse of free will through his complex characters.
