On May 4, 2017 at approximately 9:34PM I, Deputy George along with Sergeant Kincaid were in the process of conducting an investigation regarding a possible disturbance in front of the address of 398 County Road 4249, Como, Texas 75432.
While conducting the investigation and attempting to ascertain information from one of the parties, Keaton McElroy who had already departed from the scene and who had advised the altercation had been resolved, dispatch called and stated there was another disturbance in progress at the above listed address and the reporting party as well as the reporting parties father were being held at gun point.
Upon arrival and after all parties were detained and searched for weapons Sergeant Kincaid and I were advised by the victim in this case, Thomas Fitzgerald that the suspect, Duane Fisher had pointed a pistol at him and his daughter, Marrissa Rohrbach and had laid the firearm down on a piece of farm equipment prior to our arrival. On 10/31/2015 at 20:34 hours, I was dispatched to an unwanted person at 520 College Blvd. I responded at emergent speed, lights, and sirens. While enroute, County Dispatch advised that the accused on location was threatening his parents and holding warrants for his arrest. I observed a male later identifed as Rex Rowan standing in his front yard waving a black pistol in the air. Deputy Arnold and I order Rex to drop the gun and after several verbal commands Rex dropped the weapon on the ground. Rex was yelling "there getting away" and was pointing behind myself and Deputy Arnold. I did not observe any persons at this location. I did not see any signs of any other persons outside the home were Rex was pointing. Deputy Arnold secured the weapon that Rex was holding. I checked inside the home and did not find any other persons or any signs

On Monday, 11/30/2015 at approximately 1755 hours, Officer Lauritzen and I responded to intersection of Holt Blvd and Plum Avenue to assist Sergeant Ortiz to subdue a suspect who was fighting him. Upon arrival, I saw other OPD officers trying to handcuff the suspect, later identified as Kevin Larry. Larry was on his stomach and he was yelling that he did not do anything. Larry was resisting arrest by turning his hip side to side and was trying to pull his hands to the front of his body. On Wednesday, March 2th, 2016 at approximately 2024hours while driving a marked Midland Police vehicle and wearing a standard MPD issued uniform Officer Beltran and Officer Jimenez were dispatched to 509 S. Clay st in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival Officers made contact with a subject who was later identified as Jazmine Nicole Hyder(B/F/-DOB04/30/1994). Hyder, who was standing outside the residence located in the 503 block of South Clay told Officers that she was being chased by a subject with a gun, who was later identified as Khalid Mcmaryion(B/M-DOB03/20/1996). Hyder told Officers that Mcmaryion was inside his house located in 509 South Clay byhimself.

Sergeant Green interviewed witness 16-year-old Aubrey Everette who is a daughter of Ms. Everette. Aubrey’s bedroom shares a common wall with the master bedroom. Aubrey didn’t leave her bedroom and did not see anything physical between the two parties. Aubrey stated she was awakened at about 3:00 to 3:15 a.m. by a banging noise coming from her mother’s and Officer Scott’s bedroom. Aubrey stated her mother first said, “You throw water on me, then you choke me, then you hit me!” Officer Scott replied, “Like, really,” and Aubrey said she heard a lot of mumbling. Aubrey said, “When I heard the bang against the wall, and then I heard my mom say, ‘Really, don’t touch me again,’ and then there was another bang and she started crying really loud, like hysterically crying.”
