UNC Charlotte has made a significant impact on my undergraduate career because this campus has an abundance of resources, a helpful staff, a diverse atmosphere, and plenty of opportunities for campus involvement. This university has a variety of staff, all of which have been helpful in my college experience. They are excellent about working with students so they can gain the most out of their educational experience. For example, when I have sought out more information on which portion of Spain to go to, so that I may improve my Spanish fluency, my professor was extremely helpful. She sat down with me and explained about what it is like living in Spain, tips for where to go, and what to expect from the different regions. This valuable information

Developing my education, in order to further my success something that I perceive as a crucial aspect of being able to do what I love. Attending Endicott is the first step in this journey of mine.

The college is a great place to call home and live in their dorms, you said dorms?? Yes i did say dorms, you would be surprised by the size. They have reasonable living for reasonable money, something me you can buy. The higher you want to educate yourself, and for higher degrees you will be paying a lot more. So for your masters let's say, you would be paying a lot more for a Masters Degree, when for a Bachelor's. Of course it will be a
My desire was to challenge myself and pursue my belief in life-long learning. And yes, the last eight weeks have definitely been a challenge intellectually in IDS 101. After the first two weeks of school, I seriously questioned why I would go back to school at fifty-one years of age for personal satisfaction. The days were long and I wasn’t sure I still had the self-discipline and determination that would be needed to finish. Over the last eight weeks, this class gave me numerous opportunities to hone my skills in critical thinking, research, and writing. This class has given me the necessary skills to continue toward completing my degree.
To the logical, systematic, and organized eye, doors devoid of paint and baring old wood smoothed and molded from constant contact, archaic heating systems bellowing out frigid air in the dead of winter and clacking so loudly you would think a student was kicking it, and rusted water pipes so boiling hot they warp the linoleum tiles in the dusty band hallway would be enough to drive even the most stoic man mad. But to me, these quirks have become a sense of comfort and homeliness throughout my four years as a student at Attleboro High School. Though it may sound odd, the decrepit state of our school building was one of the strongest unifying forces for the class of 2018, causing a great amount of student action ironically in an effort to
I have spent a great deal of time researching the college that would fit my lifestyle and able to offer tailored programs to fit me. Finally, I decided on Empire State College (ESC), the reason being, ESC’s capability to work in the capacity that I am seeking. The fact that ESC also has a great Military/Veteran program is an enormous plus, and something that I require in a college. Another feature that drove my decision to apply is I will have the opportunity to gain credits from my life experiences. This is a remarkable feature. I have always held the belief that the experience one gains in their career is just as, and at times more, valuable as what one receives in a classroom.
I am interested in attending Appalachian State University because to me Its like a change of scenery from where I'm from Winston Salem. The first time I went to Boone i loved it just a kind small town feeling with mountains and I love The cold. My parents always told me i should go to a place like this because when It could be 30 degrees outside I could still have my fan on in my room because I just didn't think it was cold or wearing shorts in the snow, sometimes they would say I was part Eskimo. I started going to Boone about when i was three when my mom would take me to Tweetsie railroad. the first time I got to experience Appalachian State as a kid who is looking at schools was the summer of 2016 when my dad thought it was a good idea to
The Honors Program is a selective program where students need to be academically successful for a chance to get in. However, if I was an admissions director, I would ask questions to get to know the student personally. The question I want to ask to an applicant is “How has your past experiences shape who you are now?”
