Developing positive relationships is important within most situations in life, a good way of ensuring these positive relationships progress is to ensure you have effective communication. When working with children if you complicate things it can lead to the child becoming confused as to what is expected of them. Make sure the language that you use is age appropriate to avoid confusion. You may be able to see if the child has understood your request by either checking that your instructions have been carried out or simply by asking the child "do you understand?" and asking them to relay back what you have asked. Communication is a two way thing and to have a positive relationship with somebody you will also
Initial assessment is the starting point of a learning journey. The information gathered provides a base on which to plan your learner’s progress. Initial assessment is very important so you find out the learners individual needs in order for you to support them appropriately.

Prior to the development of DNA technology and the sequencing of organismal genomes, Charles Darwin suggested that the “tree” of life can be traced back to a single root (Koonin and Wolf, 2012). While Darwin’s theory was primitive, it laid the groundwork for the phylogenetic trees that are currently studied in science classrooms around the world. The three-domain tree, containing Eukarya, Archea, and Bacteria, soon became too simplistic due to the realization that some bacteria possessed the ability to exchange genetic information by horizontal gene transfer (Koonin and Wolf, 2012).
On Friday July 10 2015, Blank looked at her cellphone, I assumed she had received a picture from someone, from her respond from looking at her phone. After she received the the picture she began to ask around the medical record chart room , did anyone. Want to see the picture she had. Received. I decline, due to her actions concerning the picture. At first I did not not feel very confident when trying to answer this question because I could not remember the method involved when converting scale. I was able to interpret the question and I understood what it required; however, I could not recall the process involved in reaching the answer. After trying a few different methods and giving it some thought, I remembered what to do. I had learnt how to answer these questions in high school geography and I still had the knowledge, but I just had to go through the process of recalling it. So, the method I used to solve the problem was to write out the scale used in the diagram as a ratio, simplify it and then convert it to a written statement. Thus, I was unsure about how to answer this question
