What I planning to be, I don’t even need to go to college. Not all people can become this kind of person though. I am planning to be a peer specialist which is a type of mental health professional. Not all people can qualify to be a peer specialist. Only certain people can be a peer specialist because of what they do. To be a peer specialist you must go through therapy for your own problems you had and you have to have recovered. I went to a psych ward 3 times in a year span and I recovered. I always wanted to help people who have gone through what I went through and I found what it was called and how to be one.

Throughout the group article exercise really did showcase who's personalities were strong and who's personalities were not. Having a strong personality means that you are willing to listen to other people's opinions but will debate on it by logical thinking of how you came across your answer rather than people with not so strong personalities meaning they agree with the group decisions. Through my personality, it will really show how I came across my conclusions, how the group came across their conclusions and how the group is influenced by the decisions made through the online assessments.

Self confidence is the foundation of success, achievement, and happiness. Unfortunately, the foundation of self confidence can become shaky and unstable if someone that you look up to as a role model hurts your self esteem and courage. One of the biggest role models in my life used to be my first club soccer coach. He seemed brilliant, passionate, and willing to work with my team. This man soon became the complete opposite of what I hoped he would be. I soon realized that he was a two faced liar and one of the most awful people I have ever met. Little did my ten year old self know he would be the downfall of my self confidence and he would slowly destroy any passion I had for the sport I loved all with only a few words.

Williamsburg, the winning team, got second for both the timeline average and the last day’s challenge. It gave them a significant lead. Until the last day, we got good fortunes, like having smugglers help us or placing two armies anywhere we want. We lost six armies on the last day. I’m glad it was after the board moves, otherwise we might have been in trouble.Quizzes are like roles. We continually did well so we had a small stream of money from those. The money adds up, but if you fail a test or two it's okay. Finishing the timeline was significant. If two or three people achieve a 90-100%, your group will get about 3rd. Do not procrastinate! At the very least, you should finish the summaries and get the paper. We only had one tradition; we marched into the class. If you want, you can march with other American groups. Having enough armies at the start of the game is immensely important. We suffered at the end game because we tried to conserve our money, at the beginning. Having armies is important, but you need to try and win challenges if you want to pay for your armies. We almost never used all of our moves, and it helped keep our options open. Finishing the roles on time and well will help

In my second block Accelerated English class, I believe that I deserve at least a B based on my behavior, attendance, and participation. I would like to have faith in the idea that my behavior is pleasing and acceptable. For example, I have never gotten a referral both in English class and in school in general. Although I shout out sometimes, I try my best to not let this happen. I have to admit that my attendance isn't the finest, however I attempt to only miss school if I am sick, and if I am sick and/or absent, I make up my work as quick as I can. Finally, I conclude that my participation is superb. I always complete my work and I strive to do everything I can to secure an excellent grade in English. Therefore, based on my behavior, attendance, and participation in English class, I deserve at least a B.

A key to your success will depend upon your ability to be a team player. Slackers beware! You cannot pass this class unless you pull your weight. Should you prove to be a drag on your team’s performance, I reserve the right to remove you from the team at which point you will have to complete the team assignments individually. The highest course grade that you can receive under these circumstances is a D.

The purpose of this assignment is to self-reflect on what has been learnt in the topic this semester and how it is going to influence as a health professional in our chosen field. This assessment is made to encourage us to be able to identify the values and beliefs we have as individuals and how these impact on our ability to interact without others in a diverse society. This self-reflection will include the results from an Implicit Association Test to help gain a greater awareness of my own unconscious thoughts as well as evidence from reliable sources to help back up statements and give evidence to support this assessment.

The student-teacher academic competition at Gamewell Middle that I created in my classroom became almost a daily game and gave both my students and I a reason for learning. It made the room almost like opposing teams where we could compete with one another in friendly manner. Everyone in the room learned, so it was a win-win situation for all

There is a lot of things that I have learned about myself in the past few weeks of this course. I have learned many things about myself that I would have never known if it was not for this course. I have learned about my; self concept, attitudes and feelings. I have also learned about social influence, group dynamics and relationships. I learned about myself and how to describe the way that I am and the way that I think.

I believe it is important for any student who wants to do their best in a class to take a moment to evaluate their own work to determine the rate their writing is progressing and how they can continue to advance their writing. When I looked through my own work I asked myself “what have I learned this semester?” and “what do I still need to learn in order to improve my writing?”. Answering both these questions will help me with my last step of my self-evaluation, developing a plan to learn new skills.

Self assessment is a process in which you examine yourself in attempt to discover and learn more about yourself. Your likes, dislikes, behaviors, attitudes and habits can be found during this process. You can use the discoveries to your advantage by accepting or changing strengths and weaknesses. I plan on using this course to enhance my personal skills to become a better student and find success in earning my Bachelor of Arts degree at Ashford University in Social Science. Self Assessment is the first step in my successful future.

Before taking this course my writing styles and habits were very different. I was the typical procrastinator because I would wait until the night before a paper was due to start it. This did not allow me enough time to properly proofread everything, which resulted in getting points deducted for simple grammatical errors that could have been avoided if I would have had the time to proofread. My writing styles have many strengths and weaknesses and I have been able to improve my writing because of them. I have learned from my strengths and weaknesses how to become a better writer.

Now that I have completed the Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth course Crafting the Essay, I feel I have tremendously grown as a writer. Even after submitting the first assignment, I looked back at a position paper I wrote for school that I received an A+ on, yet I saw several flaws I wished I had changed.

Most people think that peer pressure is one of the leading cause of low self-esteem ,we read about young adult going through teen issues such as bullying , fighting and many more other issues but in 2017 things have changed .Many teenagers are obsessed with social media sites such as Facebook, Snap chat, or even Instagram . these sites were either design for reconnection with lost family or friends to showing people bit a piece what you do on a day to day basis but now that’s not the case. Self -esteem is when an individual has confidence and satisfaction in themselves with the changes in how social media works in this day and age self-esteem is one of the issues it affects.
