This job has changed dramatically since Johnnie left. Here's just SOME of what I have to deal with, in no particular order: *Come in to work with barrels that have live injured chicks ( This was the night Justin came to Certify me, he saw it. I have a video of it). Been expected to dump barrels that have sat into a maggot filled dumpster (Steve dumped them for me as I was about to vomit) because there were none for the transfer crew to work with. I'm expected to physically make sure I have a dumpster when before that was a non-issue, it was there. I spilled a barrel when dumping & had to clean the entire bay area. This was on a Saturday night, I remember this because Vicki was in the office when I was looking for someone to ask about …show more content…
Robin gave me the quality of hatch talk and had Mark's pic by the time I went up front. I have about broke me neck walking through wet and dark setters before and NOW all of a sudden "It's on me"!!! Robin said to send her a pic when I see one, I'm not doing that. I wrote down twice, paper and board, of one that was dripping on the eggs because it wasn't addressed the first time. * I wrote down & verbally told Robin that one of the SS tank carts has a useless wheel and that the tanks were too heavy to be moving, how it pulled a muscle when I was hauling a load of diluent. That cart was useless for over 2 weeks. Steve said they got those tanks for Johnnie, I guess that meant I get to haul them around full. Finally, Butch fixed it for me. * The cooler used for the vaccine bags now has NO (Zero) wheels. I told Robin when the first wheel came off. * I've wrote down that Jorge is late every night. In the beginning I was told to yell at them, I've always made it clear I will not yell at them. Isn't it up to the Supervisor to make sure workers listen to their Leads? The machines - Take a look in the doors and check out the hundreds of components! Steve has even made me 'cheat sheets' for parts of it! *There for a while I was replacing daily, atleast 5 injectors before start up - Johnnie didn't have to. Now, I'm expected to
First I will summarize an excerpt out of Heather Roger's essay, Gone Tomorrow: The Hidden Life of Garbage published in 2005. Second I will summarize Lars Eighner essay On Dumpster Diving published in 1995. Our government needs to immediately enforce a set of strict standardized laws that carefully regulate and monitor the disposal of todays and more importantly tomorrow trash. I will argue that this is necessary for large corporations and businesses to deduce their consumption. Finally I will argue that we need to educate the public about the importance and need to restrict our consumption to secure our future.
The job itself isn’t bad, depending on the shift and the day anyways. Our duty is to cook food in a fryer, oven, rotisserie, slice meat and cheese on a slicer, serve customers, wash dishes, and the list could go on. For example, if there is a night shift there 's a long list of things we have to clean. If the staff work together, we’ll be able to leave work early. For instance last night we were able to get the job done. Megan and I were the only ones there to close the store last night. We are normally supposed to have three people closing and Megan was sick so I had to do a lot of cleaning. She hated the fact that she kept asking me to do things, but I really wasn 't doing anything. Like the phrase same stuff, different day. That 's not how it 's said, but you get the idea.
What is apathy anyway? Apathy is the lack of interest, enthusiasm, or concern for what is going on around us. We all experience apathy occasionally when we feel unmotivated or uninterested in our daily tasks. However, this is normal from time to time while constantly behaving without feeling is not. As a result of people wanting to fit in with others so they will be liked, being wasteful, and wanting others to get hurt they have caused a growing immense problem.
And finally, there is the issue of staff mismanagement. The supervisor, Keith Frazier, is only checking in with this department one to two times per week. Mr. Frazier is aware that Pat is making international phone calls. He is also aware that Pauline found a way for Pat to make these calls from the building’s elevator once he had the phone system modified to only allow internal calls. Mr. Frazier has also been fielding complaints from the accountants about not receiving their tax schedules in a timely fashion. However, he has failed to confront either of these issues. This lack of management can be attributed to the following:
I truly feel this was a much better choice because, like I said before, it wasn’t really that logical to have the robin know where the key is. It is a lot easier to remember where a big hidden door is than the hidden key to that door. Maybe some one has a different reasoning, but that’s just my opinion.
During my clinical rotation there was a code blue on the floor that I was assigned to. After the nurse called for help my nurse and I went in there to help. Since Parkland doesn’t allow students to participate in the codes I stayed on the side observing. While one nurse was doing compressions my nurse was looking for the ambu bag. In that moment I realized that the ambu bag was not in the room or hanging by the door, which is a direct violation of the safety checks each nurse has to perform at the beginning of their shift.
Before I can comment, the man behind the counter jumps in “Hey man I told you last week it ain’t my fault! I’ve been waiting for my shipment and there’s been nothing!’
Tonight was the Wayne Charity Ball and you being the daughter of Bruce Wayne meant you had to go. As you chat with the guests a former Robin caught your eye. He walked over to you and lead you away from the guests. He was going to admit something. Something he’s been hiding since he first met you.
few weeks earlier, your friend said “Hey Homer what’s up,and then after that i went inside the gas station to get a pre-pay for my gas.
In November 1981, I began the new position as Director of Industrial Operations (DIO). There was much work to do.: The bus availability was u, unacceptable, the Commissary had a terrible reputation, and there was no security plan; important as the DIO was also the Security, Plans, and Operations (SPO). I charged the Motor Pool Lieutenant for two plans; improve bus availability and establish a Community Shuttle Bus route that would take people from the housing areas to the Commissary. We implemented both plans a week later. We advertised the new shuttle bus and I road it often to ensure its timeliness and utilization. I hired a security officer to write a plan and coordinate it with all the Units and Community Staff. We initiated a
When they were done loading all the dirt bikes on the trailer we left our house.
It was my job to organize transportation for clients who needed a ride. I had to call clients and make sure they were attending the event and pickup address. This was not easy. In some cases, people didn’t pick up the phone and sometimes I couldn’t read the print on the permission slips. I oversaw creating a spreadsheet that consist of
I was informed that many of your staff are unclear as to why and how the program they are providing services in is supposed to operate (Integrated Day, vocational training, assessments, skill building , employment searching)?????
MY DISABILITY – When I emailed my supervisor and communicated to him I was having health issues due to my disability, rather than working with me to make accommodations, they let me go. This was not expected by anyone.
Several years later, while planning the menu for a V Foundation for cancer research event honoring Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts, Holly drew on the chocolate tempering skills she had homed in Paris. “I kept thinking about Robin Roberts, and I thought I could do a Robin’s egg,” Hannah says. And then my brain turned to all the cancer fighting ingredients I could use. That was the first time I served them”
