Essay On Banning Staff

Being staff is very inportant to me. I love helping out on the server as much as I can. I would love to be staff because I can be on so much. I love to help people with whatever they need help with. I love managing the server and helping other people with their problems. I understand I just joined this server, and people may not think I know a lot of stuff, but I do. Right now I am staff on another server (Trial Mod, the rank before mod) and I love helping out on there. But just because I am staff on there, doesn't mean I can't be active on here. So what if I dont get accepted as staff, because I still am going to play on this server as much as possible and I will continue to help people and chip in on problems and situations.

I think I would be a great addition to the staff team because I enforce rules even if that is making me the bad guy. The server has rules and the server does not need rule breakers. I have been playing FaithFulhcf for about 3 maps now and I have made a lot of good friends on the staff team so that which have got demoted for reasons that I do not know. I want to learn about how to be a better staff member I have been watching Cbrady350's staff series and I think I could be a good staff member just like him. I try to do the best I can on the server and most of the time I succeed in what I am doing but if I fail I try again. I Think that if I was staff I think you should accept me because I want to ban hackers and keep the server clean I try to do that all the time with recording it and uploading it to the forums for staff to see and ban the hacker. I want to consider my time to the server in a positive way. like helping people in chat and helping people in the game and even in the FaithFulHCF TeamSpeak. I always ask questions before I do something and I was alone I would think before I do it. I know some parts of screen sharing people and I would love to learn more on how to screen share

Staff handle things fast and it all around seems like a happy staff-team to be apart. I have been wanting be staff again because I miss the old days of being staff on other server's and just handling things correctly and doing my job. I never abuse which is always a common issue with some servers but doesn't seem to be a major one on this server. I do watch 2 of the server's youtuber's which is the Owner and MackemYT which is an old friend of mines ''I am zak mackem if you are reading this'' sorry but I had to say that. Anyway's this server seems like a good place for me to handle my staff duties on and play on basically. I like to make my applications original so if somethings arent things you hear on the daily it's because i'm diffrent yea i'm diffrent. I honestly think being apart of the team I can help out a lot of people because I am usually in the teamspeak at all times and on the server when I can be on the server. I know being staff is a lot of responsibility and there is some drama involved at some points but I do not like to get my self into the drama I rather just continue working and trying to get those promotions! Being staff can be difficult some times because of the amount of issues that go on at once but I can help out with that along with

Some people would say that I do not deserve to be staff, and others might say that I do deserve to be apart of the staff team. If I am going to be completely honest I do not think that I am very different from "The crowd". I want to help the server by become staff and helping players, banning hackers and doing anything that a player needs (If they have a good reason for me to do it). If you want to choose someone else that isn't my choice it is all up to you, but I believe I would be a good pick. Why I should be accepted however is that I am nice to players and will help them with their problems, ban hackers and overall be a positive player toward people. Again, it is totally the opinion that matters if I stand out from the crowd, I believe that I am not very different in someways from "The crowd" but different in others. I have experience in being a staff member and can screenshare players and know when people are just flat out cheating, or lying to me about

Do you have any previous experience ?:I really don't have much staff experience, but I know this will help the server out. I was once Moderator on RougeHCF it got 20-30 players a day and recently it got shut down. I was also a staff member on BubbleHCF it got like 20 players a day it was a pretty good server in till the owner could not pay for it anymore. I would really like to start a good staff experience on this server.

I really enjoy this server and I am pretty sure the players in this faithful community also love this server. I want to repay the staff team for what they have done to make this out standing server and how hard they have worked to create it. I want to give these staff a great thanks right to the forehead! I am really happy that this staff team has succeeded through all the problems there has been and situations there has been. Everybody should support this staff team for making this server for you guys because if there wasn't amazing staff like this! then all of this would of never been

i want to be staff to help the players in need, i will always answer there questions as good as i can and i want no problems with the server and i want everyone to have a fun time on the server,and i want to help to make sure that there is no hacking,spamming,swearing or anything like that, i want to help this server to be clean as much as possible,and i would also like to be staff to help other staff with the work and i want to give an example for the people and staff for this server as it is my favorite.I also want to be staff to make sure that this server keeps going fair like it has been for a while,and i would love to share my ideas with the staff.Also being staff is hard work and that's my i really really really want to be helper,not to just help the players but also to help the community

I would like to be part of this staff team, I believe that I could pass on my knowledge and experience from previous servers onto this one. As someone who is a little bit older than most people, I will be able to bring with me a more reasonable and patient frame of mind. I also believe that what comes with the role of staff is not only the power to keep everyone safe from those who wish to cause problems but its also important not to let the power go to ones head.

Hacking; If someone is reported for hacking I would get proof by recording the hacks and upload it to the hacker skype chat and upload it to the forums for other members of staff to see. (/temp ban name 48h (what hacks)

I'd immediately teleport to the reported suspect and inspect his gameplay carefully. If I see any suspicious movement or actions, I'd instantly freeze the player. Asking him/her if they'd like to admit if they do I'd ban them for the appropriate time. If not, I'll send them the faithful TeamSpeak IP and screen share them. If client found, I'd perm ban for "Client found in SS".

If a person were advertising for another server, that would result in a perm ban. If someone were Mute evading, that would result in a temp ban. If someone were purchase trolling, that would result in a ban from the store. If someone were leaking personal info, that would result in a temp ban (if continued would result in a perm ban). If someone were Staff impersonating, that would result in a perm ban if continued. If someone were being excessively racist, that would result in a temp ban after being temp muted.

Explain some cases in which you would perm-ban/temp-ban people If someone spams in chat I would give a warning and if they don't stop a 5-15 minute tempmute depending on how much they were spamming

Fair punishment: A 48hr tempban (With recording) and upload to "Staff Hacker Reports" on the forums.

Server Drama - This would need to be handed out by a higher staff manager as it would consist of a permanent ip ban from the network.

I'll try to do everything that I'm doing as proffesional as I can. For example recording/screenshotting all the bans/mutes that I do so that if people accuse me of abusing I will have proof so that everything runs more smoothly. I will communicate with as many staff members on HCGames as I can and also with the players on the server so that the communication between the staff on the server and the players on the server will be good. I'll also not be biased like some staff might be thinking things like ''This guy is hacking but he is my friend so maybe I should warn him instead of banning him'' or other stuff because then the other players on the Network will feel like they're getting treated worse and that the staff team is
