In Normative Ethics there are three distinct schools of thought, and each differentiate through moral intentions. Consequentialism relies on the consequences of an action in order to distinguish whether or not something is morally acceptable. Deontology considers the morality of an action by one’s reason for doing a certain deed. Lastly, virtue ethics bases morality off of virtuous character, and how a virtuous person would act given a certain predicament. Ultimately, consequentialism provides the most practical explanation for morality due to the notion of providing the best possible result. Chapter eleven of James Svara “The Ethics Primer” was the conclusion to the book and explained to the reader the duties of a public administrator. The jist of this chapter was to help the reader identify and clarify, for anyone who was still confused, what a public administrator was, and how they should conduct themselves. As we read the first three page we are given a list of eleven duties a Public Administrator must abide by. As you read on Svara bangs it into your head just how important acting in an ethical manner is. He explains how someone is an ethical administrator is one who does their duty. Once the design is complete and the coding begins, A’s team enters the implementation phase. A is good at C and C++. He is not a fan of Java. He insists that the product be designed using C or for object-oriented nature using C++. Due to this reason, most of his Team members possess limited skills. In this day and age with so much advancement in technology, I am not sure why A is stuck to the basic languages without adopting change. Once the coding is complete, they move on to next phase. During that phase A gives an update to customer via email on the progress of the project and its timeline.

Since my journey here at Bryant began in September, I have changed so much. Coming here, I expected certain things such as my study habits, daily routine and friend group to be altered. One change I was not anticipating making was my approach to ethics. Over the course of the past fifteen weeks, my knowledge of ethics as well as my approach to ethics has changed. I have become more knowledgeable about the different approaches to ethics and have gained insight as to where I stand in my approach to ethics.

After review the table l decided not to disclose any information because the harm was more than benefit. Based on the information provided the percentage of infection is very small. The side effective of action is more harmful because the company might close down and coworker will lose job, so many lawsuits in court from previous patients, I will not be able to support my family because l won’t have a job.
