If they are not good at computing, I will let them attend computer training course. I will also make them learn accounting class. If our staffs know about accounting, they will also able to work in cashier. So that our staffs will get more skills and it will be helpful to their life. Not only they can use in their current jobs but also this skills will be together with them throughout their carrier. It also offers to increase their income. They can also get salaries and staffs become more familiar during training. Moreover, job security, labour market opportunities and employability may also increase for them too. As for the manager, I will cost for training them and staffs may not work well in their jobs during training. So, I think this is the best strategies for the lifelong learning for employee. Many assessment tools and interviewing skills are available to the clinical social worker within a mental health setting. This paper will examine one such assessment tool, the competency based assessment, and its applicability in a mental health setting. A comparison will be made between this advanced assessment method and a generalist social work assessment. Interviewing people who have mental health concerns can offer challenges for clinical social workers. Several interviewing techniques that can help with some of these challenges will be outlined.

I chose this team and this topic because I am a nurse who recently started working in a CCU. We take care of cardiac patients, and we have to closely monitor their heart rhythms. So, I would like to learn to better identify dysrhythmias, to improve competency assessments, and to better implement current evidence-based practices.

Plan can help you to decide the course of action you will take. It allows you to estimate the time each piece part of the work will take and the total time it will take you to complete the work. A schedule can then be created of what has to be done throughout the working day, allowing you to manage your time effectively to meet objectives and deadlines.
I usually set realistic and attainable goals while planning. Planning is basically setting objectives and identifying actions to achieve those objectives. I sometimes get into details while planning which usually is challenging and time consuming.
These are the skills and competencies I have learned through my studies at Walden University. Kaslow, Grus, Campbell, & Fouad, et al. (2009) stated professionalism comes from my respect for those who need help. Integrity can be built with confidence in the therapist. Attitudes are charitable, polite, caring emotions toward others that fuel my motivation toward helping. This concern welfare of others comes from my religious and personal experiences as a child and young adult.
