On 12/25/16 at approximately 2037hours, my partner Officer Thebeau #8402, and I, Officer Harrell #3441, were dispatched to a residential burglary call at 193 W. Hammond St. The comments of the call stated the reporting person, (Heidi Robles), just arrived home, and the home was ransacked.
Upon our arrival we spoke with Robles and Iheaso. Robles said she and Iheaso locked and secured the apartment at approximately 1700 hours, and arrived back at the apartment at 2030 hours. Robles said Iheaso used the key to open the front door and let her into the apartment. She said she went upstairs to use the restroom and observed Iheaso’s bedroom ransacked.
Iheaso stated Robles told him someone had broken into the apartment and took his collection of basketball shoes. He said he went upstairs and observed only his bedroom ransacked. He told Robles to contact the Police.

I observed one bedroom, on the second level, ransacked. I observed numerous empty shoe boxes on the floor of the bedroom. Robles said that she and Iheaso collect Nike “Jordan’s” and keep them in their original boxes. Iheaso said it looks like approximately 40 different pairs of basketball shoes, size 13, had been taken from his room.
Robles stated that her jewelry was also missing from a night stand in the bedroom. She said she had two necklaces, two bracelets and three rings. She said all of the jewelry was 14k gold worth approximately $2,000. Robles said the necklaces had charms attached to the necklace. She said one of the rings had her initial, “H”, one had her initial, “R”, and one was plain. Robles stated Iheaso had a “Rolex” brand, 14k gold bracelet taken from the nightstand worth approximately $1,400.

On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.
S01-Tran then said that he was a lieutenant with another police agency and ordered us to go away. I told him if we did not investigate what was going on, we would be liable if anything were to happen. I continued to interview S01-Tran and found out that he was lying. S01-Tran was actually a machinist who made miniature toy cars for Hasbro. I told S01-Tran that I would be lenient with him if he stopped lying and told me the truth about what happened inside the house.
While enroute I learned Trooper Dingman was out a 30 Marie Ave investigating. I arrived and found Trooper Dingman speaking with a male & female inside of apt. #1. Trooper Dingman briefed me there was an altercation between Linda Showalter, Jessica Goose, Eli Raisch, & Valerie Hartmann. Trooper Dingman stated there was a call for service about 46 hrs. ago where Valerie reported a family member of Jessica’s was inside Valerie’s cleaning when she was accused of stealing pain medication. Valerie & Linda then confronted Jessica & Eli about it, and an argument ensured.
On 12-05-17 at approximately 1017 hours, I responded to 442 N. Los Robles Avenue regarding a psychological evaluation. PPD Dispatch advised that a female, White was yelling incoherently at the above location. Officer Gawlik #3116, Officer Herrera #3595 and Officer Killgore #7231 were on scene prior to my arrival.
I the writer V. De La Garza was assigned to 1P21 at the Bayshore district unit. I was informed by dispatch to quickly respond to a 911 call. The victim advised her that she was being attacked by her husband at 1234 13th St. Bacliff Texas. Dispatch then hears multiple gunshots and no further response from the victim. Dispatch hears the suspect reload a magazine and continue to fire. Dispatch sends EMS and animal control, after hearing aggressive dog barking turns into the dog squealing as if it was shot or injured.
On 01/09/208 at about 1006 hours, I was dispatched to 633 Loma Bella Lane in reference burglary from a motor vehicle that had occurred.

Room 236 was searched by security and found one of the stolen credit card belonging to patient Martian Gallas of 8-Central hitting on the side of the bed as well as a woman's yellow color bracelet hitting in the bottom draw of the night stand.

Negligence is defined as the failure to use the ordinary care that a reasonably prudent person would use in the face of reasonably predictable outcomes which failure causes injury to another person's person or property. When one is acting in a professional capacity , one is held to a higher standard of care of similar professionals in the community and not to just the standard demanded of an ordinary person. another tort can arise when a medical care provider fails to adequately explain the benefits and risks of various courses of action or treatment to a patient and thereby obtains the patient's consent to a course of treatment.
First incident, Det. Resto and Sgt. Gomez, while on routine patrol, observe plaintiff rolling a large marijuana cigar. Det. Resto and Sgt. Gomez approached plaintiff who then threw away the cigar. MOS questioned and frisked plaintiff, then plaintiff threw himself on the ground and began to scream to avoid being arrested. MOS were able to stop plaintiff from resisting and placed him in the prisoner van. At the precinct, plaintiff was issued a summons for disorderly conduct and released. Second incident, PO Cody Doran responded to fight at McDonald’s and viewed the incident on surveillance video and took CW statements. PO Taylor and Sgt. The elements to prove negligence in this case is that one of the teenagers forced the automobile off the freeway, killing its one and only occupant. Therefore, the wife of Mr. Wierman suffered emotional distress through the negligent conduct of the teenagers trying to win a prize from a radio station. I think RKO should have come up with a better solution to attract listeners as having teenagers race from one location to the next to claim a prize was not acting responsibly. Although, I understand the radio station did not specifically say speed to reach Steele's next location it was indicative that whoever got to the identified location would be the winner of the prize.
