Getting 8 hours of sleep each night is very useful and effective in many ways. 8 Hours of sleep can affect one’s body mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally. It increases the amount of energy I had during the school day and during football practice. I was able to concentrate much better in my school work and on tests. Also, it gave me a more positive attitude during the day. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep each night has helped to boost the amount of energy that I have during the day.
