The thing I want to major in is world domination. Hold on, that’s not an available major. So the things I want to major in is digital animation and computer science, basically the same. I want to learn about these things so I could learn how to make video games. I have been playing games since I was two years old, and I have no idea how they are created. I want to find out how to create worlds where other people can indulge themselves in. Where they can let go and enjoy themselves for a while. I’ve played most types of games, from the simple hand held level based games where you run from start to finish, to the kinds of games where it feels like you were transported to a whole new world entirely. By taking digital animation, I could become capable of also producing cinematic scenes in video productions, and computer science by furthering my knowledge about computers to be able to diagnose problems and repair them, or something of the sort. So if and when I complete my studies on these majors I will not be tied down to only one occupation, I will have options. So if what I am pursuing does not have any positions open I could look elsewhere in the meantime. All I told you about were related to jobs, so how about everyday life. Day by day the world is getting more and more computerized, and that’s clear. We are transitioning into a world where drones are capable of delivering packages to your doorstep, all the way to doing your taxes for you. So when these wonderful tools get damaged or malfunction I might be able to troubleshoot it myself with the knowledge I have obtained from computer science. So it makes life a lot easier knowing what could be wrong with something you use everyday. So I want to major in digital animation and computer science so I can expand my knowledge of the world and possibly better it around me.
